tvN's Queen of Tears concluded on April 28, scoring ratings of 24.85% (nationwide) and 28.38% (metropolitan). It has dethroned Crash Landing on You to become the highest-rated K-drama in tvN's history.  

Premiering with a nationwide viewership of 5.85%, the K-drama hit double-digits for episode 4. From then on, it was on a streak of double-digit viewership, setting personal records every week. 

Queen of Tears also consistently ranked on Netflix's Global Top 10 list (non-English). As of April 21, it holds the third spot, trending in countries across Latin America and Asia.
