The newly-released KBS2 sports drama My Lovely Boxer garnered average nationwide ratings of 2% (episode 1) and 1.8% (episode 2). The average viewership of the show for its premiere week is 1.9%. Though not a strong start in domestic ratings, hopefully, My Lovely Boxer will get a global fan base. 

My Lovely Boxer revolves around the elite boxer Lee Kwon Sook (Kim So Hye), who left boxing at the height of her career, and a cold-blooded sports agent, Kim Tae Young ( Lee Sang Yeob).
