Super Junior's Choi Si Won will reportedly star in an upcoming drama titled "Love That Will Freeze To Death."
On January 24th, SPOTV News reported that Choi Si Won has been picked as the main lead of the upcoming KT Seezn's original drama "Love That Will Freeze To Death."
Choi Si Won's agency SM Entertainment hasn't responded to the casting reports.
"Love That Will Freeze To Death" is a romantic comedy-drama that will showcase how love is sometimes both sweet and salty.
There are no details on the broadcast date, casts, producers of the upcoming drama.
If Choi Si Won confirms his casting for "Love That Will Freeze To Death," this will be his second upcoming drama project.
Choi Si Won was last seen in the hit TVING original series "Work Later, Drink Now" with Lee Sun Bin, APINK's Jung Eun Ji, and Secret's Han Sun Hwa. He successfully played the role of Kang Buk Gu, the colleague and love interest of Lee Sun Bin's character Ahn So Hee. The idol-actor was recognized for his acting skills in the drama as he portrayed the role well and had a 200% synchro rate with his character. Due to popular demand, the TVING series will have a second season. Choi Si Won will return to "Work Later, Drink Now Season 2" together with the other female leads.
The idol-actor was also part of the dramas "My Fellow Citizens!," "Revolutionary Love," "She Was Pretty," "The King of Dramas," "Poseidon," "Oh! My Lady," "Spring Waltz," and more. He also made a special appearance in the recently released movie "New Year Blues."
Aside from being an actor, Choi Si Won is also active as a member of Super Junior. He is also a mainstay in the variety program "My Little Old Boy." He is also active in releasing funny videos on the social media platform, Tiktok.
