"The Good Bad Mother" Concludes With Its Highest Ratings of All Time

The JTBC drama The Good Bad Mother concluded its 14-episode series on June 8. The finale of the K-drama garnered average ratings of 12.03% (nationwide) and 13.60%(metropolitan), its highest among all the episodes. The average viewership of the entire drama is 8.15%. 

The Good Bad Mother commenced with a nationwide rating of 3.58%, which is also its lowest. But despite getting a rocky start, the drama surged in popularity among both domestic and international audiences. After consistently getting rising single-digit ratings for ten episodes, the show, at last, broke into double-digit ratings for its 11th episode and continued the streak till the finale. The Good Bad Mother also ranks as one of the most-watched shows on the Netflix charts. According to top10.netflix.com, the K-drama has 22,810,000 viewed hours on the platform and has been spotted on the list of top 10 shows on Netflix in the non-English section for five consecutive weeks, as of June 4.

It is likely to continue progressing with the upcoming episodes.
