"The Kidnapping Day" child star Yuna confirmed to star in "Good Partner"

Child actress Yuna's next project is officially confirmed.

On June 5, it was officially confirmed that Yuna would be joining Jang Na Ra, Nam Ji Hyun, Kim Joon Han, P.O., Ji Seung Hyun, and Han Jae Yi for the upcoming K-drama Good Partner. 

Good Partner will tell the happenings at a human court office where star divorce lawyer Cha Eun Kyung and rookie divorce lawyer Han Yu Ri meet. The series will reveal the dilemmas that take place in the separation of families through divorce. 

Director Kim Ga Ram (Nevertheless,  and Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency) and writer Choi Yoo Na will work together to create the upcoming series.  It will be produced by Studio S and Studio &New.

Yuna will portray the role of Kim Jae Hee. She is the daughter of Jang Na Ra's character Cha Eun Kyung and Ji Seung Hyun's character Ji Sang in the series. She is a lonely child who does not have much time with her mother. Despite this, she is considerate of her peers. 

Good Partner will be part of SBS' Friday and Saturday K-drama timeslot. The K-drama will begin airing starting on July 12 at 10 PM KST. It will have a total of 16 episodes. 

Yuna started her acting career in 2018. She appeared in the movie Student A. She then ventured to K-dramas in 2021 through the hit Netflix original series Hellbound led by Yoo Ah In, Kim Hyun Joo, Yang Ik Jun, Park Jeong Min, Won Jin Ah, and Ryu Kyung Soo. 

She was also part of the K-dramas Pachinko and Green Mothers' Club and the films Stone Skipping and Juror 8. 

Last year, Yuna impressed everyone with her brilliant acting in the ENA K-drama The Kidnapping Day. She also showcased great chemistry with Yoon Kye Sang and Park Sung Hoon in the series. 

Through this K-drama, Yuna won the Best New Actress - Television at the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards.
