"The Matchmakers" Starts Off With Decent Ratings, "Evilive" Sees Improvement

KBS 2TV's The Matchmakers premiered with ratings of 4.5% (nationwide) and 4.2% (metropolitan), a good start for the historical rom-com. 

The Matchmakers tells the story of a widower, Shim Jung Woo (Rowoon), and a widow, Jung Soon Deok (Cho Yi Hyun,) teaming up to pair singles.

tvN's Twinkling Watermelon scored a nationwide rating of 3.26% for episode 11, a slight decline from its previous episode's viewership of 3.51%. The K-drama is on a streak of 3% ratings. It will probably conclude with single-digit viewership.

Episode 12 of Twinkling Watermelon will air on October 31 (Tuesday). The K-drama is available to stream on Viki. 

The ENA crime drama Evilive achieved 1.27%(nationwide) and 1.31% (metropolitan) for episode 6, rising from its previous episode's nationwide rating of 0.95%. Evilive has four more episodes left in its run. Hopefully, the K-drama's viewership will improve with upcoming episodes.

Episode 7 of Evilive will air on November 5 (Sunday). The K-drama is not streaming on any global OTT platform.
