Upcoming KBS drama "Miss Montecristo" drops main poster!

Upcoming KBS drama entitled "Miss Montecristo" revealed its main poster featuring main leads Lee So Yeon And Choi Yeo Jin. 

The revenge drama will about a woman whose life was destroyed because of the betrayal of her closest friend. After making up her mind, she decides to take revenge.

Lee So Yeon will play the protagonist role of Go Eun Jo who tragically lost everything. Choi Yeo Jin on the other hand, will play the role of Oh Ha Ra, the possessive heiress who always gets what she wants. The two characters will be best friends turned mortal enemies.

In the poster revealed for "Miss Montecristo", Lee So Yeon's character sits on the throne wearing a red dress signifying her thirst for revenge. Her hands are wrapped around Oh Ha Ra's throat. Choi Yeo Jin character Oh Ha Ra tries to remove the hands wrapped around her, hinting at their dangerously intertwined fate. The caption on the poster states, "I'll show you how it feels to be ruined". Viewers can look forward to the thrilling fight of the two characters. 

This drama will be the return of Lee So Yeon to the small screen since 2019's "Blessing of the Sea". She has always been praised for her acting whether she takes on good or evil roles. Many are already anticipating on how she will portray the revenge of Go Eun Jo. Meanwhile, Choi Yeo Jin last appeared in the drama "My Holo Love" as a supporting role. 

Other casts include Kyung Sung Hwan, Lee Bo Hyun, Oh Mi Hee, Lee Hye Ran and more.

"Miss Montecristo" is directed by Park Gi Ho (Love Returns, Andante) and written by Jung Hye Won. The drama will broadcast its first episode on February 15 7:50PM KST through KBS 2TV.  Source
