Wi Ha Joon will be the male lead for the upcoming drama "Little Women."
On January 27th it was finally confirmed that Wi Ha Joon will be working with the confirmed three sisters Kim Go Eun, Nam Ji Hyun, and Park Ji Hoo in the drama "Little Women."
"Little Women" will revolve around three sisters who grew up in poverty but has a close bond. They will be involved in a major incident against the most influential family in Korea. The drama will reportedly have a total of 16 episodes which will air this year.
The upcoming female-centered drama will be helmed by director Kim Hee Won ("Vincenzo" and "Money Flower") and writer Jung Seo Kyung ("The Handmaiden" and "Mother".)
Kim Go Eun will play the role of Oh In Joo, the eldest, Nam Ji Hyun as Oh In Kyung the middle child, and Park Ji Hoo as Oh In Hye, the youngest. They are the three sisters who don't have much money but are hardworking so that they will become successful one day.
Wi Ha Joon will play the role of Choi Do Il, a consultant from a prestigious university in the United Kingdom. He has the looks and brains that catch everyone's attention. He is also a man of great judgment and analytical skills. He will get involved with Oh In Joo in the upcoming series,
"Little Women" will reportedly be released during the first half of 2022.
Wi Ha Joon currently stars in the soon to end tvN drama "Bad and Crazy" with Lee Dong Wook, Han Ji Eun, and VIXX's N.
For this year, the actor will be part of three dramas such as "Little Women," "K Project," and "Que Sera, Sera."
2021 was a busy and fruitful year for Wi Ha Joon. The actor starred in two films such as "Shark: The Beginning" and "Midnight." He also became more known not only in Korea but globally because of the Netflix original series "Squid Game" with Lee Jung Jae, Park Hae Soo, Jung Ho Yeon, Anupam Tripathi, and Oh Young Soo. Wi Ha Joon also ended 2021 with the premiere of "Bad and Crazy."
