Yoo Jin Woo (Lee Yoo Jin) will be joining the upcoming SBS drama "Why Her."
On February 22nd Yoo Jin Woo's agency, Image Communications confirmed that Yoo Jin Woo will be joining the upcoming SBS drama "Why Her."
"Why Her" will tell the romance story between a lawyer and a law school student. The series will be helmed by Park Soo Jin ("While You Were Sleeping") and written by Kim Ji Eun ("Lie After Lie.")
The upcoming series will be led by Seo Hyun Jin, Hwang In Yeop, Bae In Hyuk, Heo Joon Ho, UP10TION's Lee Jin Hyuk, Lee Joo Woo, Kim Chang Wan, and more.
Yoo Jin Woo will play the role of the younger version of Gong Chan, Hwang In Yeop's character.
"Why Her" will premiere this coming March. The drama will air on SBS and OTT platforms, Viu and Viki.
Yoo Jin Woo is formerly known as Lee Yoo Jin. He previousl starred in the 2021 drama "Melancholia" with Im Soo Jung, Lee Do Hyun, Jin Kyung, Choi Dae Hoon, Oh Gwang Rok, and Woo Da Vi.
The actor also participated in dramas "Sweet Home," "Pegasus Market," and "Miss Hammurabi." He is known for his role in the hit JTBC drama "SKY Castle" as Oh Na Ra and Jo Jae Yoon characters' son.
Yoo Jin Woo also starred in the movie "The Golden Holiday." He will also join the upcoming film "The Song in My Heart."
After starring in the hit series "Sky Castle," Yoo Jin Woo shocked everyone by participating in the survival program "Produce X 101." He was on the show until episode 8. He didn't make it to the final cut and finished at 55th place.
