I love the manga/anime so much that I always get a little sad when i see adaptations that don't follow the original as much as i expected. That been said... For the first episode i only have 2 things to point out...
I think they should have used 2 younger actors for the inicial part of the story and the FL image should be more messy. Futaba acted a lot more boyish and had messy hair.
On the other end, I loved the ML, he really look like Kou, just wish he was taller!
