the male is the head of his wretched family
he is dying from a poison and he has to sleep with a woman who has pure blood before he turns 30 or he will die
she is a poor college student with a sick grandma and he becomes her support for college and they get married and his family treats him and her like dirt they force her to eat dog food and make her sit in the kitchen so he throws the bloody water from her hands because she was forced to take the shells off of walnuts on his stepmother and he forces his younger brother to eat dog food
the grandfather makes it where his wife"dies" from sleeping with him but she doesn't die she just is blind then they meet again after he meets their daughter and they are going to get marries again until she regains her sight and then she gets hit by a car and needs a heart transplant so he gives her his heart and then she goes with their daughter to hang a wish on a tree then they see him again
