i've noticed after a while of watching dramas, that there are sooo many endings that end in a similar fashion for example alot of k dramas end with one of the main leads leaving at an airport after they get together as a couple with other main lead. what do you guys think? is it just me? or am i right? LOL have any of you found a great and unique ending?
i noticed that too! and most commonly, when one of both of the characters randomly leave the country for some odd reason for multiple years and when they come back everything is magically better XD
hahaha! i'm so glad im not the only one, otherwise i would have though i watch too many dramas. another frequent ending i see is it ends with a kiss scene as in to say thats all they did for the rest of their lives lmao.
And then there's those endings when the main character(s) suddenly die out of nowhere, heh. >.<
oh and when the person who had no chance of surviving, like having cancer, somehow manage to live on in the end.... LOL

i like japanese dramas because they dont necessary end with a cliche. like 1 litre. its nice to be wondering how things are gonna end... taiwanese drams on the other hand often have a happy ending... so watch them when im sad!
i really dislike watching dramas with sad endings... it breaks my heart because i feel like i've grown close to them and then i have to see them go and i stay depressed for a long time. :'( i cry like bucket loads just from a sad scene i'd properly die from too much water loss if i always watched sad endings. :)

When the leads have to seperate after all the hardships they went through then meeting a few years later to end the series on a kiss. Come on!! Surely they can do better than that!! Almost all romantic comedies end like that!! Too open i want to see the wedding and babies!!! Out of all I think the Greatest Love did that and it made the show! Quite a lot of open endings as well (another hatred of mine) like City Hunter and Padam Padam...what happened? Did he die? Are they together? Grrrrr grinds my gear!!
hahaha i know exactly how that feels! it leaves me sooo frustrated! :P
My least fave ending is that damn Oh, for some reason we can't see each other for a few months/years, then it is all better. urgh.
