Technically every drama is overrated since most are crap anyways. Its bias towards an actor/actress that keeps you interested or sometimes a character that really speaks to your heart.
About Kim Sam Soon and Boys Over Flowers and Moon Embraces crap I agree but I disagree about Kim Sun Ah being fat there, she wasnt, Korean actresses are generally super skinny, Kang So Ra seemed curvy to me
King of Baking is also crap, I loved the male lead though but the story screwed him over haha *SPOILER* he didnt get the girl
I cant believe that I even saw a few episodes of the Chinese remake with the same lead actor haha
But maybe its just cultural if I am being fair, Koreans seem to love majkang and poor girl rich guy story. I personally am turned off by both
PS I stay away from popular dramas now, I dont even bother to watch eg Heirs
