I totally agree with Time Between Dog and Wolf! When it aired it was very popular, but nowadays just a few people knows about how awesome it is...
The Woman Who Still Wants to Marry has a really good plot, it's simple yet so enjoyable. And I think Hero (with Lee Jun Ki, before he went to the army) is really way too underrated! It has an amazing plot and awesome staff, but had low ratings. :( People don't know how good actor is Lee Jun Ki or what??!
Crime Squad
Stars falling from the sky
Dojemi10 VIPCommunity Manager
Working mom is also underrated :(
Paradise Ranch is underrated
I loved Pasta for its simplicity and cuteness. But the kisses sucked XD
The city Hall is definitely a underrated drama, it's so funny
and the lead actor and actress a has such a good chemistry, i just love it^^
I think that korean drama Crime Squad is an underrated drama. It is sad because it is a good drama with top actors and a very good plot.
One Mom Three Dads was a really good show. I think it was underrated.

Coffee House? I'd say it's very overrated... O.o
Alone in Love - The drama was very steady, there was not a lot of crazy things that happen from time to time. It's a mature drama in which you could just watch and follow a long with it. There was great acting, great chemistry, as well as the transition of the story. While watching this drama, you couldn't wish anything better than for them to be together and feel the pain they're feeling. It's like you're watching their romance from afar and follow their everyday life. It seems very realistic and the actors acted so well that it even looks like they are the characters they portrayed.

Bad Family - The cast was solid, and the plot was something fresh and new. I loved this drama because all the actors brought a little something to make the drama so fun. I liked how it was really, truly about family and not all about romance. It all balanced out.
My two underrated K-dramas are:
1) Harvest Villa: Excellent block comedy about a bumbling anti-hero who inherits a large sum of money that everyone and their mothers are trying to steal from him.

2) Joseon X-Files a.k.a Secret Investigation Record: Basically, think the X-Files, but set during the Joseon era. Coolest aspect of this show is that the cases investigated are based on actual events taken from the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty, just spiced up with some supernatural/sci-fi fun.
Oops, that's supposed to say "black" comedy...
