[Solved] Help finding a drama

Hi, wasn't sure where to post this. General section seemed like safe grounds.

I need help finding a drama I watched a long time ago.

1.  Female Cop who is small but spunky. Not afraid to state her mind
2.  Rich Guy who is snobbish at first but later learns to be kinder
3.  Rich Sister-In-Law to the Rich Guy, who lost her husband, falls in love with the Rich Guy
4.  Rich Sister-In-Law is possesive over Rich Guy, even has him living in a connected apartment to her
5.  Rich Sister-In-Law has a young son
6.  Rich Guy feels guilty about brothers death, so stays living with Rich Sister-In-Law to raise the kid
7.  The apartments are seperated with glass walls and a small knee high garden
8.  Rich Guy falls in love with Female Cop and Rich Sister-In-Law tries to destroy her
9.  Rich Guy tells Rich Sister-In-Law he doesn't love the Rich Sister-In-Law like that
10.  Rich Guy convinces Rich Sister-In-Law to seek therapy
11.  Rich Sister-In-Law falls in love with her therapist

Any show suggestions that this is close to would be of great help. Since this was such a long time ago, I'm sure some of the things I remember are mixed with other shows I watched around that time. Thanks for any help you can offer :)
