my mum and grandparents took me to see parasite when it came out in cinema, but thats the only asian film they have watched. My younger brother said that the drama i'm not a robot looks like a drama he would watch (he's only two years younger than me). i was watching it on our tv on netflix my brother woke up and came downstairs and saw what i was watching and he wanted to watch with me.

I watch along with my sister.

My mom watches kdrama sometimes, but it's usually the ones I haven't seen or doesn't fit my taste. She watched a couple of them, including Crash Landing On You, Goblin, The Heirs, Secret Garden, Memories of the Alhambra, etc. We rarely relate to each other when it comes to dramas because I prefer high school/youth dramas lol. Both my mom and dad watches Asian movies whenever they feel like it, it's usually just depending on the plot. I think they don't really care where the movie came from. We used to watch Parasite, Monster Hunt, and other Asian movies together.

My mum is also a drama addict and fellow MDLer. We generally get together every couple of weeks or so to watch a drama and/or we rotate picking a drama, organise a month to finish it by and watch it separately but together. Some of my siblings and my dad have also watched dramas/movies but anyone other than myself or my mum picking one up is a rare occasion.
