I just ordered three dramas:
1. You're Beautiful-kdrama
2. Mars-tdrama
3. Life-jdrama
~ I'm so excited especially cuz I'll watch You're Beautiful over and over again! :) Anyone else have dramas they love so much they ordered them?
I steal all my dramas from torrents and direct downloads for free... is that bad? T.T
I have a wish list of Dramas I want on DVD. If I'm going to spend all that money I want to make sure it is a drama I will watch over and over. The only Drama I own - so far - is My Name Is Kim Sam Soon.

My wish is made up of dramas I adore and will watch over and over:

Coffee Prince
City Hall
I'm Sorry, I Love You
Cain & Abel
What's Up Fox
The Greatest Love
Chuno
Hm, I'm not sure if I ever plan on buying a drama. For me, replay value for most dramas is low, regardless of how much I might love it, because 16+ hours is just way too much time to spend re-watching a show. Especially if that time can be spent watching the latest drama crack.
I watched My Name is Kim Sam Soon and I loved Hyunbin in that drama :)
I have a small list of dramas that I would rewatch some other ones I want to own are Liar Game and Nobuta Wo Produce
I already own YB. Rewatched it twice already lol. My sister has the complete HYD series so I just take it whenever I feel like watching it=D

The ones Id like to own are:

City Hall
Secret Garden
Hana Kimi
My Princess
49 Days
Hotaru No Hikari 1&2
Iris
Nodame Cantabile
Pasta
Mei Chan no Shitsuji

Someday...lol
I wouldn't buy any of the ones in the list.

I do own two:

1.You're Beautiful (a gift)
2. Coffee House (I bought it only because I thought I was sure about who would end up with who and I want my money back!)

If I ever did buy again it would be:

1. Coffee Prince
2. Secret Garden
3. City Hunter (if it ends with something I like, doesn't matter if it's sad. As long as I like it)
Never bought any but i would only want

City Hall
Secret Garden
City Hunter
Mr.Brain
Code Blue 1& 2
BOSS 1 & 2
I've never bought a drama, tv-show, or movie. American or asian. I'll either watch them online, on the tv, in the theater, download it, or rent it. Yes I have some dvds, but none that I've bought. Thankfully though, because of the beloved internet, I've never had the desire to buy a series. :D

Oh wait, I did buy one, and only one, movie. I almost forgot. It was the Keira Knightely version of Pride and Prejudice. Have seen it many times. :D

Have you seen the BBC Pride and Prejudice with Colin Firth as Mr. Darcy? If not, you should upgrade. It's the only television program I own on DVD, and I watch it once a month religiously.
I loved YB and the only reason I'm buying it is so I could watch it again 'cuz I love the series :D HYD is probably a one-time watch for me

I saw that one. I loved it. I also have an attraction I don't even comprehend towards Colin Firth.

I've seen scenes from it here and there on Youtube and elsewhere, but I've yet to see the entire series. Even so, I'm an avid fan of the 2005 film cause Keira Knightely is exactly the type of Elizabeth I imagined when reading the novel. I acknowledge that the BBC series has excellent acting, directing, writing, etc. but the movie still holds a special place in my heart.

Some of BBC's other Austen adaptations I enjoyed were the 2008 Sense and Sensibility mini-series and 2009 Emma mini-series (even though I'm not a fan of Emma's character in general). There are other adaptations I enjoy, from the previously mentioned titles and Austen's other works, but they aren't BBC adaptations.
If you couldn't already tell, besides being an Asian drama fanatic I also love period dramas/movies/etc. :D

I was so turned off by Darcy in the 2005 version when I first saw it. I have since grown to tolerate him. However, Colin Firth will forever and always be the true Mr. Darcy. <3 hehe

Regarding the OP:

I really want to buy Love Shuffle, that's definitely next on my list. I don't like watching broadcast, cable or network TV. I've had a netflix account for FOREVER and tons of dvds and blu ray movies. I much prefer the quality of legit programs and I think it's important to vote with my dollar in the marketplace. I wanna see more of the content I like, the only thing studios listen to is $$$.

It can get pricey, but trading with friends helps keep the costs down. Even if you're someone who usually finds rewatch value to be low, you can benefit by buying the DVD set to swap for another drama you haven't seen yet.
