Right??? It's kinda frustrating that people aren't considering this a BL because Love eventually turns back into a girl. Meanwhile [SPOILER] you have The Shipper--in which Pan does turn back into a girl--and that's considered as BL? Makes no sense to me.

Hi! I would like to share my two cents. I think The Shipper is considered BL because [SPOILER] there are actual "guys" who loved each other in that series. You see, Way already had feelings for Kim way before Pan woke up inside Kim's body. Pan only served an instrument for Way to realize his feelings for Kim. This way, you would see that Way loved Kim for Kim and not Pan. Apparently, Kim also had feelings for Way so, yey. In this case, we have a BL. On the other hand, I  can't share my opinion about GMA at the moment because I haven't watched it yet hehe. I think it all boils down to how Love would identify herself in the end (either as a girl or a guy). In The Shipper, Pan and Kim are separate entities. Pan became a guy in a sense that her soul is inside Kim's body (and take note, Kim is an existing character, not a new one). Since Pan and Kim isn't one, we can isolate Kim as Way's only love interest. Way never had feelings for Pan in the first place because it was Kim who he was seeing. On the other hand, in GMA, Love becomes a guy not because her soul is transferred to another existing character's body. She as a guy is a whole new character, so you could say that her female body transforms into a male one. In this sense, Love as a girl and as a guy is one entity. A character can't just love her for being a guy because being a girl is also a part of her (because it's a two-in-one package deal lol). This is what makes it hard to decide whether it is a BL or not. I hope I made myself clear. Thank you so much!
