Hello everyone who is watching "Love Scout"

am currently so invested in this drama right now, and would like to engage with everyone here 🤗

so feel free to drop your theories about Kang Ji Yun's supposed murder case in her past work place.

My assumption is that Kang Ji Yun and the dead guy were ex-lovers and Kim Hye Jin (her rival & past senior) is someone who have feelings for the dead guy so she is hating Kang Ji Yun so much. Then Kim Hye Jin known for her dirty way of working must have plotted something evil towards Kang Ji Yun to seperate them but then it ended up taking wrong turn leading to the dead guy's death.

I had a very different take on that story. I got the impression that the person who died was the CEO of Career Way, Lee Yong-Hoon, and that he was older (despite the death photo). My thoughts are that there was some sort of familial relationship with the current CEO, Kim Hye-jin. Was Kang Ji-Yun adopted into the family after her father died? That is a common plot thread.

My assumption is that the two women were rivals to become his successor. Something happened which led to his death. The blame was placed on Kang Ji-Yun; perhaps by Kim Hye-jin. This has similarities with what happened to Yoo Eun-ho.

No doubt all will be revealed and explained. Why do I get the feeling that there will be a link to Yoo Eun-ho's company?

My theory about this: I think the male sunbae did something unethical and FL reported him/ forced him to report himself. And then he commited suicide from the guilt. So that the rest of the employees and the evil female sunbae (who maybe don't know the whole truth) blame the FL. And she doesn't want to speak badly about the dead so she doesn't reveal the truth.

Interesting theory! I didn't think of that. Yep, this plot thread is common but the chances of such being used is 50/50. Kdramas tend to reuse these.

That would be even more interesting but I hope they don't go in a way where our main leads will have to be seperated trope after finding out the truth from the past.

Your theory could be true too, although its different from mine but Idk if you got the hunch too that maybe the evil female sunbae have feelings for him!

or what if the evil female sunbae is in a relationship with that guy but like you said the guy did unethical thing to FL and the evil female sunbae found out about it and so she is taking revenge on FL
