Some chapters are just translations by the same person available from different sources, some are translations by different people in each source.. I started with the one wattpad first (I am not able to see them anymore without an acct so I am not posting that link, but it should be the first or second link when you search in google).. It was good till 60 or so chapters and then it got okayy and then it went to the state of being very hard to understand.. I have read through other translations somewhat after that (while waiting for the remaining chapters to come out) and I think all these other translations are good upto whatever has been out so for..
The current status is - till 91 is out completely in one source (2) - snippets of 92 and 93 are available somewhere (1) and the rest are yet to come (some snippets from chapters after 100 and some extras are also out but I haven't read them.. am waiting for the in-between chapters to come as well before getting to these)
