Isn't it official? Then why are they charging money if it is fan translation ?

They don't charge money, it's just a way for us to support the author. They say we should purchase the official chinese novel so that they can give us access to the translation.

That's why I find all this purchasing saga kind of strange. It's like the translators want to be paid for their time and work.  I knew it wasn't official yet they locked their files to get money. If it was official. It would have been licensed just like MXTX novels. I read all her translations for free until they were licensed officially

So did you get the whole translation?

Even if  it's just a way for us to support the author, it's still pretty expansive. Paperback copy of 'Heaven Official blessing' (English version) in amazon is $17.99

 GKLZ:

I completed ch - 128.

You are a fast reader. I'm a lazy and a slow reader. I haven't even read chapter 128, busy watching dramas.

I wanted to read The Scum Villain's Self‑Saving System , but it got licensed and was taken off from the net.

Do you mean all the four books of TGCF ?  This Saga of purchasing the Chinese novel first will chase away readers. MXTX fanbase buys these books because they know the story.

I am a voracious reader. I used to read a lot of western novels. After watching The Untamed, I learned that it is adapted from a novel. And that too a BL. Did not know what was 'BL', so did a little surfing.  The story got me hooked. After finishing MDZS, I picked up 2HA. YuWu is my third novel.

I love watching dramas as well :)

Oh really? I too read western novels and read Twilight and hunger games novels. I wanted to read harry potter, game of thrones and hobbit novels but I'm waiting to get a device with a bigger storage. I watched the Untamed oblivious of it's genre, then I learned it's a BL adaptation.  I rushed to do some research and found the novel. I read it like crazy and in a week I finished it. Then I read TGCF and proceeded to 2HA, Guardian,  Sha Po Lang and Scum villain. Now I was reading Yuwu.  2HA took a while because it exhausted me emotionally

Guardian, and Sha Po Lang are they good? Guardian I know that it was adapted for live action. So have a little idea. Where as Sha Po Lang I have no idea.

They are both great stories but priest's novels are plot driven rather than intense romance driven between the two leads. And she doesn't write intimate moments between the lead characters in detail. To be precise she censors her novels when it comes to intimate moments. So the readers get confused and wonder what the heck she's talking about after cooking up the relationship well between her characters and  thats what I hate about her books. The drama Guardian ruined the theme of the book. In the book it's Chinese mythology not some scientific stuff and Shen Wei isn't a scientific professor but an arts professor  (I have forgotten which subject he teaches ). Sha Po Lang has a story setting like Yuwu but the difference is Sha Po Lang's setting is wider than that of Yuwu. Priest involves wars, steampunks, missionaries and the leads are both royals.
