I watched some minutes from the 3rd episode RAW too, I understand some of the words and I get what are they trying to say by their actions but it's quite hard. I so hope that I will be able to know at least 70% of korean language someday. :P 3
I think he is too because > he saw that his binggung was together with Halmoni when they went out of the building. I bet he's doing that to get close to her. Nothing mystical really, just a parallel comparison of Lee Gak and Tae Yong/Tae Wong.

I really thought he was a goner when they were trying to cover his head with the white sheet but then his pulse went up.

I really feel sorry for Park Ha/Bak Ha when all her invested money went down the drain with just one tear of a paper.
< Wth with that the writers are really making Se Na the typical bad girl. Well, it's working! I really dislike her! <

lol I'd feel lucky if I understood 30% of what they said. But I found there weren't too many scenes that I didn't understand you can deduct it from their actions. Recaps can be a big help sometimes too. After watching it raw, I visit DB or Cadence and look for the parts where I couldn't get what they say.
I just finished ep. 3....Is ep. 4 better? I'm really not liking the makjang feel they are giving it. Some parts were hilarious, but like I've said before, they can't fall back on that every time. I was bored towards the end of the episode. So far, it's been predictable.
EP 4 was good. it had some really funny momments * like when the 3 boys were doing their part time jobs, I lol really hard at the washing car scene and it was also preity funny when they were learning to dance and the Prince was trying to do the same*. I hate the unni character, I am not understanding the hate she has for her sister, its like she doesn't even has a reason. The cousin I know he hate the modern Prince because of Greed, but to me he doesn't seems as hateful as the girl. *I just want the prince to realise already who she really are and stop loving her.* You can tell I am really into this Drama for now I just hope like everyone else it won't take the makjang road .
oops I forgot to put the spoiler in white. sorry.

It's ok in this thread since it's the discussion thread for this drama, so it's only necessary outside of here.

I don't know about predictable but when they aren't being funny it is kinda boring...the lead actress (love her as a romantic lead) doesn't quite fit ( even as a straight woman) in this comedy...just not feeling her in this one, though she does do bossy well :)

Ooof *thinks* *thinks* what do I say...prepare to be disappointed? ~~kekekekekeke
Hmmmm...parts are still pretty hilarious but I thought they weren't as funny as Episode 2 where you laugh from start to finish. I feel the boys are eager to adapt to the environment but I was half expecting them to lay some tidbits of information about the Joseon mystery. Like Man Bo learning how to use the internet and finally researching some good stuff about history.

If we associate Tae Yong's family to makjang, then I think it's gonna be, Lis. :p I agree, there are parts that are predictable but I guess for me it's a good thing because I can see where it's headed. Bad thing though if we can predict it every single time. Any surprise out from its going-to-be-makjangness is gonna be appreciated...

I think he's doing that out of denial and desperation though. Matter of time before he realizes that.

I like her boss-noona mode but I got to appreciate her in Episode 4 too, not all fun and games. She has to be the grown-up in the series.

Jajajaja...*sigh* I thought by now they would have shown a bit of info on what happened back then. They are so amazed with the modern times they've forgotten about Joseon (one of them even says he likes 2012 more than Joseon times) I was like..."Hmmm, I liked the Joseon parts more... Go back!" LOL

Hmmm... To drop or not to drop? That is the question. :p

I've just read DB's recaps on Ep 4, pretty much my feeling is the same as jb's.

Before you ponder on dropping, I forgot to mention Park Ha has >Tae Yong's cellphone in her possession--or at least I think it is--where is Goldenseal Sunbae, pat on her back for seeing that detail on Ep 1.

And that blonde agasshi from New York in Ep 1 reappears here (OH NOES! BAD ACTING AGAIN!! SPOIL_SPOIL_SPOILEROO! XD), on her honeymoon (her husband acts way more naturally, thank you!) and hands a box to her--containing the said cellphone)
<

There was a Joseon part though--but just a dream.
