Yep! lol I was more heartbroken over the City Hunter one...lol
I liked this drama, because it had no revenge plot and a very smooth ending.

It is pretty rare for a Kdrama to not have revenge in it. :) No female protagonists trying to get back at characters for petty reasons?

*sigh* One day I hope to be able to go back and finish that one.

Haha Yeah... I find I'm less affected by it now.......so I'll just have to give it a bit more time and then I think I can finish it.
The plot wasn't really the most uncommon but it wasn't so bad ( Iwatched worse ;P ) but I think the ending was destroyed by cuting off the 16 episode :( it may have became more interesting if it wasn't ;) But I loved the music ;) thanks to this drama I became C.NBlue fan ;)
For me it was just ...meh. Like eating an unsalted cracker. so bland! I wanted to love it for the two leads but by the time episode 15 came along I remember thinking, "oh who cares!" I think I only finished it because I was already there anyway. I'm never doing that again. There were some cute moments but not that cute. At least it wasn't as bad as Spy Myung Wol. The ending drama felt like a tacked on mess.
It was a very light hearted drama. What I didn't like is how everyone turned out to be good in the end. This drama had no true pure villians. I mean, really? She's friends with the girl who ruined the entire show because she wanted be the lead so bad? This drama was full of pity and sudden relationships. How can he just like her two days after getting let down by his unrequitted love? The fault was in the plot, not the actors. I only wish it was written better because I really like the two main cast. :(
i was very enthusiastic about this show at the begining. i loved ShinWoo & Minam, and i still remember with shame my daughter coming into the living room after i shouted "NO SHINWOO!" for the hundredth time. "Mommy, are you yelling at the boy on the Tv again?" yes, sweetie, your mommy is a crazy person. so the oppertunity to see the two actors together again, SCORE!!! but some where around the 2nd half it just lost me. the story became very forced, with conflicts and relationships that didnt seem organic and much adu about nothing, even more so than in other dramas i've seen. there were also a few episodes (i wanna say 3 or 4) where it seemed there was no forward progress, it just stalled and you were left watching people make mountains out of the same molehills they'd been working over for several episodes already. i still havent watched the last epsiode, i tried, i just cant make myself do it. total lack of interest. aside from a less than stellar script, i was VERY annoyed at the wardrobe people. Park Shin Hye is a very pretty girl. i get the whole point was that she wasnt a hottie popular chick, but you dont have to give her ugly-betty hair and bag lady clothes to get your point across. i understand that part of the style in korean right now is non-sensical layers, but PSH looked like crap. how many awful skirts does one girl have to endure? and Jung Yong Hwa's pants were soooo tight, i think he probably had to wear a cup to protect the boys.
The only thing I really liked with Heartstrings was the OST. The rest was just meh. Seriously, the(non-existing) plot bored me to death.
Finally after half an year I finished the last episode :p Why haven´t I realsised my love for it before?? <3

I agree that's the only good thing about HS. I mean, it would be really bad if the OST also sucked, the main actor and the drummer boy being in CN Blue and all...lol

I do love CN Blue. <3
