It's true Gi Cheol is hilarious. He gives some comic relief to the drama XD

He plays that mix of menace and eccentric nutcase pretty well. I mean, he is sort of megalomaniacal. The progression of his obsession with the doctor actually makes sense to me. He had these hwata artifacts and then here she is showing up in the flesh. His obsession come to life. And here he is wanting power here but seeing the potential for more or for the knowledge of the future/heaven. I totally buy his freaky kid-like elation when she tells him she will take him to heaven with her. And I find it a fascinating tease to imagine him being confronted with the modern world and what that would actually mean for him.

He would be such a little fish in a big pond and he has no comprehension of that at all. I wish they would devote about 5 minutes at the end of this drama as an epilogue... Showing Gi Cheol going through heavens gate to 2012 and the reality of the modern world totally messing with his mind. Would he be a begger on the streets? Gone insane after being overwhelmed by the technology of the day? Would he be a gang pae or criminal? Would he adapt and be some kind of business owner and lording over his employees after striking it rich somehow? Wouldn't it be fun if this drama threw caution to the wind...stuck him in the future/present and gave the audience a taste of that result?

I am not really worried the General and Doctor will end up being siblings. Please. Maybe she is confusing this with Arang and the sibling connection there? (which, do not panic because I don't mean Arang and the Magistrate!) or maybe the siblings in faith are The Doctor and

No, i am clear about Arang but that made me laugh, woah i began to imagine that. What an imagination unni you should start writing your own script, i will be the first to watch :D
