I'm going mad trying to find which Kdrama is being promoted on the back cover of volume 1 of "Forget Me Not" a manga by Mag Hsu and Nao Emoto.
According to Amazon it's based on a novel called "Girlfriends" by Mag Hsu.
The plot is that a guy gets into a motorcycle accident, and a girl from his past calls an ambulance and uses his phone in the process. She takes his phone number and wants to meet him after he gets out of the hospital. She tells him it's her "Revenge" - he has broken so many hearts he has no idea who this girl is. He begins to be reminded of different women in his past by things that this girl tells him over the phone. He realizes he has treated others unfairly and begins to feel guilt for all of his past relationships. He desperately wants to find the identity of the girl who saved his life.

There are several dramas named "Forget Me Not" -- but they don't seem to have this plot.
So then I searched and found a drama called "Girlfriends" and it was based on a novel (but I think it was a different author) and although the main character looks super similar, the plot also does not seem the same.

On the back of volume 1 of this manga it says "The Bittersweet Tale of Romance and Regret That Inspired the TV Drama"
I would really like to know what drama they are referring to!
