I need some suggestions for dramas where the guy is not a jerk and insulting her for 3/4's of the time. They are funny sometimes, but I'm getting sick of them. I want one where he's sweet and totally into her.

That's true!! When I 1st started watching Asian dramas, I was watching rom-coms and most of the time the male lead is too arrogant...I enjoyed the comedy at 1st but after that it started getting frustrating to see the male lead like that!

Well for sweet guy dramas, I'd recommend..

Buzzer Beat
Doctors ---> some people have dropped this drama saying it's draggy but I kinda like it...the guy is sweet and the love triangle isn't irritating and pretty short
Kingyo Club ---> 10 eps and each ep is 20 mins

If you don't mind a few movie suggestions as well..

Witch's Romance - noona romance, the couple is very sweet & the male lead is perfect
One More Happy Ending - the lead male is so considerate & charming
Good Doctor - more of a medical drama but the couple is cute
Ho Goo's Love - the male lead's kind of a pushover lol so he's not a jerk to the female lead
Lucky Romance - he's cold at first but after that he turns into a total puppy
I Need Romance 3 - noona romance, lead guy is very into the female lead
Page Turner - short drama special (3 eps) with a sweet male lead
Queen In Hyun's Man - really cute couple

I also don't like when the male lead is a complete jerk... How can I root for them?
