Anyone excited for the upcoming Romance Sci-Fi Fantasy drama Hwayuki, the cast looks amazing so far!

Ploy: The drama series is based on classic Chinese novel “Journey to the West,” but reinterprets the story into the present day and has a romantic-fantasy twist.

Confirmed cast so far includes Oh Yeon-seo, she appeared in  Please Come Back, Mister, and My Sassy Girl.

 Cha Seung-won, he appeared in The Greatest Love, You're All Surrounded, and The City Hall.

Lee Hong-ki , he appeared in You're Beautiful, You're Beautiful, and Bride of the Century.

Lee Se-young, she appeared in Hit the Top, Vampire Detective, and The Gentlemen of Wolgyesu Tailor Shop.

Lee El, she appeared in Goblin, Liar Game, 7th Grade Civil Servant, My Beautiful Bride, and Black. 

For the main male lead role, it has been offered to Lee Seung-gi and he is considering the offer, he has appeared in You're All Surrounded, Gu Family Book, The King 2hearts, My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox, and Brilliant Legacy.
