Need help finding this Korean drama. Any help will be great :)

The rough story line.

1. Main character is a pregnant lady who runs a food cart.
2. Her fiance works in construction. (I THINK)
3. Her in-laws don't really approve of her.
4. Her parents died when she was really young. So no parents will be at her wedding.
5. Her fiance invited his boss to the wedding.
6. While running her food cart, she gets in the way of a police officer who is chasing a criminal.
7. The police office loses the criminal and gets angry at her.
8. He threatens to book her for running an illegal food cart.
9. She starts to get stomach pains.
10. She asks the police officer to bring her to the hospital as there maybe something wrong with her baby.
11. The police officers thinks she is joking/lying.
12. She is not. She faints and the police officer brings her to the hospital.
13. Later on, her house blows up while she is inside.
14. The culprit is a man who leaves behind a shirt cuffing.
15. She suffers a miscarriage.
16. She holds on to the cuffing and gives it to the police officer when she is in hospital.
17. The police officer has a really nice father who takes care of her.

ALL THIS HAPPENED IN EP 1. MAYBE EP 2?
