I want a drama were there is a romance between a native Korean and a foreigner (he or she shouldn't be an asian foreigner).

The foreigner can be a guy or girl.

They should have a happy ending.

They don't need to be the main characters, supporting characters are also fine

✔️ Moorim School ( there are several foreigners both students and adults)

✔️ Modern Farmer (supportive character is Russian)

The only other movies I know are American movies with Korean actors not kdramas

Yeah American movies with Korean actors are also fine with me.

Both of these shows are 18 and older mature shows that have nudity and straight, gay/lesbian couples

✔️ Mistresses (American)

Psychiatrist  Is Korean

✔️ Sense8  (American)

Bae Doona is one of the 8 main characters on the show

Well it’s not a movie but there’s also The Walking Dead with Steven Yeun as Glenn Rhee.

I don't know if you'll want to see it because of its reputation, but the Japanese and Taiwanese Itazura Na Kiss adaptions have a relationship between a British woman and a Korean man (supporting characters). The relationship and the woman don't show up until the end of the first season. They stay all throughout the second season, but as they're supporting characters they don't get much screen time.
