I feel that the number of botched endings surpass the amount of satisfying ones - I don't really see endings that I can say "wow, beautiful, just perfect" so I kind of expect to be disappointed sometimes ): someone dies, someone gets separated for 2 years, cliffhanger endings, lack of a sense of security for the viewer(I'm sorry, but ending a drama with a kiss, or with the leads staring at each other isn't satisfying enough sometimes)
Although after the first 7 episodes I had to drop Big, I went back and watched the last 2 episodes...Oh boy, that was the WORST ending I have ever watched, and I feel sorry that I even bothered to watch the first 7 episodes - overall the drama was bad-I can't say the same for the acting, everyone was wonderful, I'll give it that
One of my favorite dramas(and is also in my drama DVD collection that I have since I enjoyed it a lot) is Flowerboy Ramyun Shop - unfortunately, the ending is not good enough ): the last scene was cute but it seems unfair to the girl that she basically is in the same position as she was when the drama began...there seemed to not be much of an improvement for her
I'm also currently watching Missing You, and I love it so much! I admit, it's not the most original drama, but the characters are so real...although the drama isn't finished yet, I hope the director doesn't ruin the last bit of it, since it seems like the leads have gone through hell and suffering just seems to be their fate
