Name of specific K-drama

The drama deals with the male lead who falls in love with the mistress of his sister's husband.

Seems like the male lead was some sort of musician or maybe an actor and the female lead I think might have worked with the husband who she was having an affair with. The sister was super against the female lead and male lead being together after what her husband and the female lead did to her. In the end, she just gives up and accepts it.
