What's the name of this drama

I was watching Lucky Romance when I suddenly remembered another drama with a similar plot. 

It's about this nerd and penny pincher, who's the landlord of a happy-go-lucky girl. Of course they end up together.

Does anyone know the title of this romcom?

I've seen that one too, it was fun! But the one I meant is definitely Korean.

Haha, you are an expert! I've seen Jugglers, but the male lead I meant is much more an eccentric, also there isn't a boss-secretary relationship. Oooh, it's frustrating, but thank you for helping me!

Ooohhh, I'm really sorry. I loved Introverted Boss, god forbid that guy is just too sexy to be compared to the nerdy hero from my still unknown drama. The same goes for Beautiful Gong Shim. Too much of a hottie :)

I remember from "my" drama there's this girl and she has to pay the rent to the young owner of the apartment building. This guy is  a penny pinching Scrooge and she hates him at first.  He doesn't like to socialize either. 

I will do some further research.  As soon as I know the title I will post it here.

It really sounds like it, but my drama is older and the male and female lead don't share their apartment. I loved Because This is My First Life! It has the same vibe as Lucky Romance.
