[DISCUSSION] Ouran High School Host Club MOVIE

I just watched this movie, and im HELLA CONFUSED! lol, i dont know if i liked it or hated it! LMAO! but i would recommend it, so watch it and maybe u will be confused as i am! hehe ~SPOILER~ But i didn't understand something, if the blonde guy (forgot his name) liked the girl (that was pretending to be a boy) why did he say he was her 'father'? and why didnt he just confess? also WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH HER DAD? DRESSING UP LIKE A WOMAN? LOL IS HE.....YOU KNOW????? What did you think of it? Also, if I had watched the anime and drama, would it have made a difference in my opinion of this drama?

Hmmm....I've seen the anime! It was fun to watch but in the anime I found the romance was lacking but it made it up with more comedy. Not sure what exactly you're confused with. I don't think there was a 'proper confession' in the end....it's been a while since I last saw it. Did you not enjoy the movie? I recommend the anime because it's around 25 eps (I think) so there be more character development / storyline.... Dad dressing up as a woman....that's just for unique character and add more comedy. Not sure if it's meant to be intentionally funny....I didn't find him that funny!

the dad works in a transvestite bar, that's why he dresses as a woman. If you watch the drama you'll understand the movie better as it takes place after the drama ends.

Ah, makes sense, LOL everytime i see him im like WHOZ THAT? then OMFG ITS THE DAD!!!!!!!!!! lol

The blonde guy/Tamaki Suoh had a lot of conflict in his family,thats why he thinks of the clubs as his own family with him as the father,the girl/haruhi as the daughter,the twins as haruhi's brothers,Kyoya as the mother while Mori and Honey as the neighbours.
