It's pretty good, but it's different from other dramas and it's more like American series like CSI. The story is pretty good, but until the last 1-3 episodes of each season it's pretty slow because it focuses on single cases (just like CSI and other investigation series).
We can't tell you if the ending is crappy or not because it's not over yet, season 2 ended with a cliffhanger and there will hopefully be a season 3.
Romance is almost non existent, although it's clear someone is interested in someone, nothing actually happens.
It has 2 series because as I said before, it's split into seasons just like the American series.
