Well his death as well as Detective Yang's memory loss need to be explained, so I doubt he'll just show up out of jealousy. KJW's death should take up a good amount of episodes to solve, it'll probably start towards the middle of the drama when Detective Cha has accepted that she can see spirits etc. But he deffo needs to show up earlier. Go save your woman from Detective Cha °__°!

Watched the first episode yesterday... I love it... HAHA. Time for the second episode... ^0^
It was too short of an appearance in episode 1. Hopefeully, we get to see him again soon.... T___T

Don't worry Taceyeon fans in another areas people enjoy the drama for him. I am just not a huge fan of his acting. He just makes me cringe. And the reason I'm not liking this drama is aside from KJW. The story is okay but I don't get how the romance is going to happen. It's either going to happen too fast or too late.
You all can enjoy Taceyeon's acting but I will be the first to admit the only reason I even picked up this drama wasn't for him or the story it was for KJW. If KJW wasn't in it I wouldn't be watching it right now.
i am ambivelant toward Taecyon, but was acutally surprised by his acting. he isnt going to win any awards but this lighter comical performance is waaaay more his speed. in dream high and 99 days with a star he tried and failed miserably at conveying believable emotion. he may have taken lessons or maybe the role just hasnt given him a chance to fall flat onhis face yet, but it feel he's doing a much better job in this outing.
Oh, I thought there'd be a party up in this thread now that KJW is back, but I guess not haha. Hm, as much as I enjoyed the first 2 episodes, I thought episode 3 was reaaaaally draggy.. at least episode 4 became interesting again towards the middle. I really do hope they'll focus on the mainplot more now though because if they continue the 1 case = 2 episodes concept forever, it might become boring real quick :/..
We are having a party in our mind!

I actually liked ep 3 and 4, guess I liked the story or the cast involved with the story (the later tbh). Now that I am simultaneously watching other dramas I can actually compare it with other shows. This show lacks in writing department, I don't think the writers have the skill to make the both main plot and sub plot interesting at the same time. I hope the main plot is interesting at least but it already has some plot holes due to ep 1. Because honestly, no 6 year under coma patient looks or acts like that, we are bearing with it for dramas sake. On the plus side, the writers might be predictable but they are not conventional or detestable imo. And this show excels in directing, with the material given, the director is doing a A+ job. I love the ost and the actors are doing their best.
And Kim Jae Wook has yet again proved that it takes a glance to steal an epi for him. In an epi where Taec beat up two guys twice, everybody is talking abt the last 10sec.
i too squealed with delight when i saw kim jae wook then yelled "NOOOOO!" when the credits rolled moments later.so loudly in fact, my 7 yo came up stairs to see what the commotion was. upon seeing that i was watching tv she rolled her eyes. "Mommy, it's not that serious." she said. she knows not of what she speaks!

Um...actually i think that writing is ok. looking this good after 6 yr. coma isnt plot hole. We only saw her wakeing up moment but we didnt saw her rehabilitation time, it was skiped (for us sake who doesnt want get bored to death) and we saw her when she is accepted to go back to everyday life and its more or less normal to look ok/good then.
Episodes 1-4 are more like intros: for past, for main leads, for suporting cast, for explainig main female leads situation: how her ability works, about her partly lost memories, her fears and insecurities, her strong sides.
The ghost/murder stories are more like frames bc in hidden and slow way main storyline/s has already started on background.
Thous last 10 seonds of ep.4 are outsanding not bc it was KJW but bc it was like official announcement: attention, ride starts! Please fasten your seatbelts!
Im sure we get some ghost/murder stories more but main storylines are now on main channel. All shadows are cast and spotlights put on, so you cant complain later that there is plot holes or writer has used deus ex machina.
But this is how i see it....
Rehab time was 3 months if I'm not wrong. The whole was she moved and picked up the scissors right after she woke up and that's impossible. And 3 months rehab for a 6 yr coma patient.............please! 16 years wouldn't be enough if she was lucky, after 4 months coma people have near zero possibility to recover fully.
And allowing an amnesiac person in the force back again, that's really never gonna happen in any universe. She can't even remember her previous cases, her colleagues(i'm not referring her bf, she can't recall Cha's sunbae too) so basically her experience is zero atm. So even if she was allowed to get back, it would be at the very bottom. That's if she was allowed to join, apparently no country is running that low in man power.
But I decide to overlook them. Why? Cause this is dramaland, end of story!
And abt the last 10 sec, just switch the actor from KJW to Taec. At least I wouldn't have the same effect. I can name 10 actors right now who could do that scene justice but Taec won't cut the list. Yes, the setting was important but that I won't take anything away from the actor.
That would be how I see it! But I do appreciate your (Raincat's) point of view on this! We don't get to discuss much about dramas on this threads.................hope to do some more on the upcoming episodes :)
By remark: Patients who woke up from coma can do amazing things....but just for some first moments, they can run, act violently, jump, dance a.so. So, picking up sissors isnt big thing. Rehabilitation for 3 month is tinybit short but on border of possible - if in time of coma patients body gets good treatment ( massages, exersises a.s.o.) then even after 6 years they can be in kinda good condition.
She lost only part of her memory ( what has ties with case and what happened that night - mostly work related stuff) not all of it, she still remember who she is and parts of her personal life.
Section of Find&Lost...its not so big deal, it is nearly like retirement and doctors have told that she might get her memory back, physically she is more or less ok - so there isnt need to announce her to be invalid and sent her away. there is mentioned that she was outstanding police agent before, not ordinary one. When she applied for this work in there wasnt reasons to tell her off.
Second reason might be tied with her BF case. Someone who fears that her memory can come back and she remembers things wants keep eye on her.
Ending of ep 4.... if it was Taec from the start...there is possibilty that under good direction he might pull this out. But ending of ep. 6 needs more...and acting on this level is not for him now.
Taec isnt professional actor, he is doing remarkably well in his role now, i didnt hope that from him. His acting is improved alot and he follows directing well. Seems that behind the scenes there is good teamwork and supporting.
ep. 6 was another well done episode. I like how they slowly advance with her memory and i like what they do with BF ghost and i like how they show unconcius fall of young Cha, it fits his personality well and Taec masters it ok. i like how in background main bads started to move. It predicts that things get moving faster soon. I like that there was already shown that there is one more person who can see dead BF, it is kinda big hint and prevents some deus ex machina later. I like main female actor now, her portraing of heroines personality and reasoning why she acts this or that way is well done.
Still with all thous hints and background info and even with prediction how it all might end.... i like that i dont have clue how this ride to that final destination is going...makes me curious....and curious is good in mine book :D
What i apprecate most in this drama is directing, very professional, very detailed, logical and talanted. <3 ...and with this cast and script - its granted quality time with drama.
p.s. two episodes per week....it is only flaw of this drama now. There should be episode per day or more ;)
...sometimes this kind roles can bring to actor more fame than main male lead in some light entertaiment drama for teens. This fame is different - its about skill and professionalism among people in same working area not only just fan popularity and fan-hype. There is alot actors who are remembered and apprecated by doing some tiny role so perfectly that its becomes icon.
After coming back this kind carieer building is good, it opens more chanses and diferent ways for future and prevents falling into trap of stamp roles.
I think he chosed wisely and in future we can see him in many interesting roles....this is mine hope and wish.
