I can’t remember the drama name. I can’t remember it’s chinese or korean. But I think it’s chinese. In drama girl has slender body and she wants to get breast surgery to impress the boy. The boy seems to be the doctor consulting her. And they are friends. The boy lets the girl carry watwrmelons around her neck to let her know about the weight of implant. That’s all I remember.
