If you know the band width of Power FM (is it a radio show?) then you could possibly just look it up on the web and see if it live streams. TuneIn Radio is an app where you can find HEAPs of radio stations broadcast over the internet. I have tuned in to stations from Jeju Island, Seoul and probably a few others (I still don't understand a word but the music isn't too bad).
YouTube (or web search alternatives to YouTube) might have what you are looking for.
