my reaction to the 38th episode: I don't expect that all of you will agree with what I am going to say, but ... I pity tanasiri, I know that she wronged many people but I can't help feeling sorry for her, if it wasn't for the emperor's coward behaviour she wouldn't have turned into this terrible human being, also because of her father and brothers' greed she brobably would lived a very peaceful life! I cried so much during the execution and it PAINS me to see nuyg turning into this ruthless woman .... I mean tansiri raised her son, I can't wait to see the face she will wear once she finds out, but knowing her she probably won't care, all she wants now is to become empress ... greed can blind people .....

With the recent turn of events I think it's still possible for Nyang to come back to Goryeo. I would really love to.

41 episodes in and still loving it. I feel bad for Tal Tal. It will be perfect if he would only team up with Lady Ki. Oh well.

Wang Yu sends chills up my spine. His gaze has become so unnerving that I can't help but to twitch while watching him. Circumstances and event have shaped him into someone whom is merciless. Yet, I can kind of understand.

I can go on an on, dissecting and throwing all my opinions out there but I will just summarize by saying that I STILL love this drama. Usually by this point in a 50 episode drama, I'm bored out of my mind, but I haven't had that happen once.


I know right... Poor delusional Tanashiri...

And yes, Nyang is the perfect enemy. Well, not for those who she wants to take out, but from the place I'm sitting she is jjang! lol

Yeah, it would be. But like she said he is enslaved to a Clan name.

I don't agree with Tal Tal on something. He said he was her teacher, but I don't see it that way. It was more like she was his.

Tanashiri was a spoil brat who was stuck in fairyland lol but i prefer her over the fake new one lol

ahaha yes i already know how you feel! you the only one thats keeping up with my pace and willing to share thoughts! ahaha

and for Tal Tal technically he was her teacher just she didnt learn much from him since she was already that smart lol

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. It's been a lot of fun watching them together so far. I don't want them to be on opposite sides, much less enemies.

Although I did pity Tanasiri for the way the emperor treated her, she was in fact a horrible person. Her only redeeming quality was how much she loved her son. She very much deserved to die after she took all those innocent lives (did you forget Lady Pak?).

However, I am now very conflicted as to how I should be feeling about Seung Nyan. On one hand, I want her to stay faithful to Goryeo and on the other hand I care about the Yuan Empire too. The question is- will she be just another corrupted empress when she officially gets to be on the throne? I feel bad for the emperor. He's a man blind in love. He'll probably let her get away with murder if he could.

Tanasiri got exactly what she deserved. Nyang is confusing the heck out of me. How could she hold it against Wang Yu for trying to protect Koreyo from Yuan? The whole point of her becoming Empress is to use her power to protect her native land. She stands idly by while Yuan demands concubines from Koreyo. Her mother was killed while being hauled off to Yuan and her father was killed by the emperor. And yet she wants to be accepted as a Yuan person? Give me an effin break.

i think that is how most the audience feel because we know the whole situation, but for the koreyo people who was taken their thought was "their country abandon them"

I just caught up on 5 episodes, WOW. I am angry and sad at the situation with Maha. Bang couldn't hold such a juicy secret for too long, i mean Nayang and Yu have a baby!!!.. Poor Wang Yu he lost so much, but Nyang is bad ass she crushes anyone who hurts the people she loves. Sadly the Emperor has not changed, he is still whining over Nayang and Wang Yu; and now he has gone insane because he thinks of nothing else. His nightmares have a good reason but he was under the impression that because he made her a consort she would fall for him. Nayang never gave him the passionate love he wanted, her heart was somewhere else. Not to say she doesn't love him now because i think she does. It was too funny when the Queen Dowager kept calling his name and he yelled back at her, now every time she talks to him he rolls his eyes. Dowager thinks its still like old times, i boss you around and rule the court, smh. Tal Tal is a man of principle i like him.

This is perfectly awesome drama i watched it through until the latest episode 47... Theres no boring episode ever it s making the audience long for d next episode so u will never Know that actually u've been following it through...i didnt even notice i ws already at episode 47 ders so much exciteness n thrill... To the staff n crew and d director as well everybody who worked hard on thid drama i gave 2 thumbs up its a masterpidce indeed...
