Big Wigs and Groups

Hi All,

Does anyone know why big wigs in Kdramas always walk through a room with 3+ people trailing behind them?

Does anyone know of a Kdrama where the head honcho is modest and slips in and out of work quietly or is simply modest (like Oh My Venus)?
