Nodame Cantabile to be adapted to k-drama... thoughts?

As like as they don't cast Go Hye Sun as Nodame, we good! LOL I have a feeling they're going to fill it with a bunch of pretty boy idols. :/ No one can replace Tamaki Hiroshi, Ueno Juri, Eita, and all the rest! There is something that is so very Japanese about the humor, and I'm not sure if K-drama can emulate that. For all we know they'll change it to make Chiaki some rich, smug heir and Nodame a poor pitiful peasant. I don't know I wish they would just leave it alone...There's already the manga, anime, J-drama and various movies do we need a new Korean version?! Ugh. Edit- And it's by the same people who did Boys Over Flowers? Noooooooooooo!

I would definitely give this a try if it's made. I loved the Japanese version. Something that amazed me since I, mostly, hate ridiculous silliness in live actions. I would be curious to see what the Korean version would change and would keep. Unless an actress like Gong Hyo Jin, or someone I equally dislike, is chosen as Nodame. Then, I'd have to pass no matter how curious I am. I actually loved "To the Beautiful You." I thought it was far better than the Taiwanese version which I'll say I only finished because I watched it back when I was new to dramas (and everything was shiny and I never dropped) and because I was going through a Wu Chun phase. <3 And I absolutely refuse to watch the Japanese versions of this. If they make another remake with actors I like I would give it a try though.

I approve IU as Nodame and Joo Won as Chiaki if ever they accept the offers as leads. If it will be confirmed, I'll be really looking forward to this! :D
