It's been extended apparently, Christy, everyone thought it was 18 but ep 18 had previews for the next episode. And ends up with two more eps for next weekend.

>>>>I think that nothing else will happen to him, sadly, except he'll get to see the musical. He clearly wants to go join his lost love in the afterlife and that is a reason he didn't really fight thiis illness. And having a teacher like him is a great lessonf of life for the students. That's why I think it's there in the first place. He had only one purpose when coming to the school and he fulfilled it while at the same time being a very good lesson and bringing in great approaches for the young ones. <<<<
I just finished episode 18, and I LOVED it.. granted, I had tears in my eyes cause of the gravity of it.. But, it went to prove one of my original thoughts about this drama, it is VERY well written, and there is a reason for everything.. I feel so bad for Doo Ri.. And Tae Yi proved to me in this episode that she actually has a brain, and isn't a complete airhead.. I can't wait to see the next to episodes, I am very glad that they continued it, I was having a hard time seeing everything being tied up by episode 18.
I just watched episode 18 too and as usual when I finish watching an episode of this, it made me feel different, as if I was a different person just by watching it. This is how What's Up makes me feel, learning something new each episode.
The end is coming closer and I think this episode could've perfectly been the end, but joyfully they added another two episodes
Here it's a video of episode 18, watching by your own risk, it has spoilers because it's a recap of the whole drama, so it's up to you, hope you like it, I loved it
Yup, that;s what I was talking about as better screen time in ep 17 and 18. Good on Oo Do Ri.
I donlt think this would have made sense as an ending, thast episode, but that's not the case now since there are two more eps to come.
I also loved the covnersation she had with SunWoo in ep 17 somewhere nearing the end of the ep. I just love their mentor-student relation, though from the preview of ep 19, Oo Do Ri os still exaggerating too much but lo,l that's her charm.

Soo Bin is an odd one because he seems to comfort everyone, while still managing to stay aloof. And he actually turned up to the meeting when Doo Ri told him too!

Yes, he's always at a distance but it seemed different this time with Doo Ri.

I totally agree with ya.. I am surprised that the raw of ep 19 isn't up on DC yet.. I usually don't watch raw, but I dunno if I can wait for the subs...

i tried watching Secret Garden raw because i couldn't wait for the subs..but it was a very bad idea lol...have never tried it after that and don't intend to lol...i'm sad it's getting over though :(..what i like about What's Up is it sticks to the theme of the drama with just a right amount of side plots..i think it's perfect...unlike DH it doesn't get carried away...let's not even start with Heartstrings lol

I like how it sticks to the theme, but its also a very good drama depicting human relationships, even the people I don't like have their place, and it works well.. Yeah, let's not go there with Heartstrings..
