VioletSakura wrote: My opinion: Hmmm... I may not agree with you. I can't say that Hyun Soo's character is perfect and I like all about him, but let's get it straight, we all knew, that the boys love music passionately from the beginning, now here comes the conflict of interests, for Hyun Soo this is a great chance to show everybody who he is, his abilities, to become better than his parents are, to support them in the future. It is not his fault that the other boys don't see (or don't want to see) a chance of become famous and re-known musicians. This all started because of Byung-Hee, and I think nobody can argue, that Hyun-Soo was, if not the most, than second the most (after Ji-Hyuk) passionate about their performance for Byung-Hee's sake, as his last act. He was the one all pissed at him, he could not deliver his best performance and still 'torments' Ye-Rim with his icy stare:P
I am expecting his move out of the band, as he has dreams, and why should he criticized for not having the same dream, or seeing it the way the other guys do? But I am sure, his love for his friends is going to take the battle :) to be continued ^^
Spoiler ----> Actually, I don't disagree at all. I think Hyun Soo has very valid reasons for feeling the way he does. As you pointed out very eloquently above, so I don't have to repeat it. :) That's why I said his circumstances are different. His need to strike out on his own is colored very differently then Seung Hoon's. Hyun Soo's character and his reasoning is much more sympathetic to me as a viewer. But...I still can't help but want those guys to be together as a band at the close of the drama. Not that I'll get my wish. There is a part of me that would actually be okay if he didn't because that would certainly be a different way to go for a Kdrama. A happy ending but not a perfect ending all wrapped up in a nice neat bow. People go their own way in life for their own reasons, that is reality. Hyun Soo has a big personality. The kind of personality that could make him a star.

:)I like the direction of your thoughts, they could DEFINITELY go original and make him debut separately and stay friends with other guys... but you know what? I don't think the creators will do it... one reason... this drama is all about loyalty as a friend. As Su-Ah told Ji-Hyuk '...and it's more fun, because you're all together...' So we are having, hopefully, *crossing my fingers* perfect ending where the friendship is above all, and hopefully *crossing all fingers I can* love will not be an obstacle ^^ ;)
The new OST has been released already, can't stop listening, while I have a paper to submit tomorrow >_<
reading all the views and opinions..and loving it...:)
yes, i still miss Min Ki even after 10 episodes...i love ♥Ji Hyuk♥...he's the reason i started watching this drama *sigh*...so far i'm really enjoying this drama and like everyone else i'm hoping for a happy ending...Hyun Soo is cute but i think he tries too hard to give that icy cold stare..it doesn't really get me lool...
I'm really enjoying this drama. Ever since the first episode, I seem to be hooked to it. The character's are really good. I love the guy who play's Ji Hyuk. I love how he plays the part of the awkward, bottle slamming with one hand, crazy eyed, subtle guy. I forever will love Min-ki's 2 episodes of cameo time...till this day I still miss his character and that mean's a lot. For a person to just make a cameo and leave, leaving people with an impression is saying something.
Though still haven't watched 11th episode, couldn't help spoiling myself with the preview of the 12th...
SPOILER:He opened his mouth to say YES, right???? You cool, rocker guy!!! T_T Wanjon chuahe!!!
I don't know how you, guys, but I go crazy while watching this drama... It has been a while since a drama has done something like that with me... My heart beats unbelievably fast while watching it... When they are smiling and laughing I can't help but smile and laugh to myself like a total idiot.
I want them to happy T_T
Have rewatched the Chupa-Chups exchange part like for 10000 times.... every time makes my heart flutter... This drama really messes with my head *airheaded smiley with wings*...
Seriously, How much I adore this show cannot even be conveyed by words.. The drama is in itself more than amazing, However the soundtrack is actually a 100% breathtaking.. I can't stop listening to the dramasongs..
Seriously, If things are going to end without a sequel for this series, I'm probably going to become insane.. <3
I Love this series.. Such a slow start, And after that, From the 2nd episode and up the drama has been nothing short of amazing.
Only downside I can think of, There is no Byung Hee (I miss Lee Min Ki)
Here to share the newest addition to the flower boy soundtrack..
Wow, just plain ol' wow to eps 11 & 12, just watched them, and this show is just spectacularly written... Oh and I like 'Wake Up' way more than the other song, I can't remember what its called..
