No..I totally agree with everything you said. I know this is a drama but still... ----->Why didn't he just talk to his wife? and the wife!! When all the sudden does she snap and go to crazytown? Seriously?! A picture of her sister with her eyes scratched out makes her go nuts and trash her pictures? out of what? Jealousy and resentment? Why didn't husband and wife talk to each other? Her when she found the picture and him when he began to suspect her of being the stalker? ...And here is another thing that is just sticking in my craw!!! When Soo Young received that picture under the door why in the name of Zeus's Thunderbolt didn't she hand that over to the investigators in Park Moo Yeol's case!!!??? She KNOWS there is a crazy stalker after him! I do not get where they are going with this and why it took this turn. This drama was great up until these last episodes. Kinda pisses me off. I am really wondering if it can be redeemed in these last two next week. <----End
GAH! I'm glad you posted bekichan! I needed a sounding board!
Here's my take on it ** So we know she already has a jealousy of Jong Hee's art. But for the most part she has pushed it aside. When she first receives that photograph........she freaks out and throws it away because she doesn't really want to do something bad to her. Then, when she miscarries, she snaps. Part of her blames Jong Hee for it since she felt guilt tripped into going and checking on her paintings for her. She knew she needed to rest which is why she initially told Jong Hee she couldn't check on the paintings for her, plus she felt that jealousy. But Jong Hee threw a tantrum and made her feel bad...........then when she's there, she miscarries. In other words the grief of losing her child drove her insane with anger. That's just my interpretation though.**
I comment more on the following pages back in this thread, going into more detail of how I feel. I don't want to say much and reveal spoilers until you are done. But I will say this. I HATED what they did to this show. My comments after the one you quoted, and my review reflect how much these turn of events in episodes 13 through 16 ruined this drama for me!
I totally agree with your interpretation of why Soo Young went crazy town...I just think it was stupid...and a damn downer. ***

So far, that doesn't seem to bother me as much as it did y'all **I agree it was a big downer, but I guess I could still wrap my head around it. What really irks me is how they advertised up the wazoo about this being a quirky rom-com. The romance is more of an afterthought. They started off with the comedy, but then two episodes in they pretty much forgot that these two characters are supposed to fall for each other. Until about 5 episode til the end and then they went "OH S***!" and added a bunch of romance. Quirky comedy? Oooh yeah, butchered cats, miscarriages , and crazy stalker b****es are sooooooooo funny and quirky. *rolls eyes* I like the story, but it should have been advertised as more of a dark comedy thriller. or a Suspense, mystery with comedic elements. This is not a romantic comedy.**

i finished it too...and i quite liked it ^_^...was much better than i expected :) ...i'm going to sleep in sometime as i gotta wake up early for office tomorrow...we can maybe discuss tomorrow morning my time..from office heh
It's been a couple of weeks since I've watched this drama. I still hated the last four episodes except for Eun Jae and Moo Yeol, Secretary Kim and Dong ah. I thought the plot turn was poorly told and executed. But...I feel like even though my review was fair (in my eyes from how I felt.) my numbers are unfair. I gave it such a poor score for overall.
I feel like I should change it and make it a 6.

Haha Sounds good to me........still formulating my thoughts on this one. It's gonna be a long post :O You know a drama has some sort of specialness (be it good or bad) to it, if it makes me post something lengthy. *points to self* I'm a lazy bish who likes to get to make her point in four sentences or less XD

3 to 6..not bad at all...i rated it 7 because i quite enjoyed it...maybe because my expectations were really low lol...it rose much much above my expectations...there were quite a few times when my heart fluttered...i loved the relationship between Secy Kim and Dong Ah...ofcourse the leads did a pretty awesome job imho...i agree it could have been way better but it still did much better than what i had expected hence the "7" for surprising me lol

They were so lovable! :D
Ok first off WARNING! Spoilers
I rated the drama an 8. It could have so easily been a 10, but there were a few things that irritated me.
1. It had what I consider false advertising. They led everyone to believe that this was a light-hearted rom-com, but there were lots of dark elements to it.
2. To me they made parts of it predictable, or too obvious. In the second episode, I had already suspected who the stalker was. By about the 8th episode, I was positive. Then, I knew the stalker was going to kill the waiter the moment she answered the door. I thought the method of execution would be different though. I imagined he would be stabbed **I forgot about the methanol** Also, it seemed too obvious that he chose to save her because of the shoes. During that sequence at the beginning of episode 16, I was yelling at the comp. "Alright already, enough with the shoes! I get it, they still have their shoes." Then, after they did the last close-up of the actresses wiggling their shoes, the camera switched to Mu Yeol and his line of sight was the shoes. "Oh, he gets it too."
I usually don't predict mysteries, and I am kept guessing to the very end. Maybe this is a good thing?? Maybe they weren't predictable and I'm just improving my powers of observation? I can interpret it that way right? .....Guys?
3. This one is just me thing WTF. lol There was one scene in the last episode that made me face-palm. The scene with the actress-turned porn star-turned prostitute-turned shop keeper-turned actress again. (How's that for a run-on sentence? :p) She's headed to an audition when her former pimp drives up. SHE GET'S IN HIS CAR!!!!!!!!! Then apparently he's her agent/manager now? WTF! This guy pimped you out and beat you up!! Why the heck would you trust him? Yeah sure, everything's hunky dory now! Let's just look on my days of being whored out by you with fondness and giggle. SMH **If this were real life, that would be the first sign that she's gonna end up being a ho again**
Ok! That being said, I was still very pleased with this drama. There were tons of good scenes too. The kind that make you laugh, or feel all warm and fuzzy inside. The acting was really well done. **The scene with Mu Yeol holed up in his room after his best friend got locked up. There was one point where you could feel your heart breaking right along with his. Good job, Lee Dong Wook. *pats him on the head***The different antics of the two leads cracked me up.
I loved the characters in this story, there were so many wonderful characters. Of course, the two leads ♥♥♥♥,his best friend ♥♥♥, his best friend's son (so squishable :3), Eun Jae's father and brother (they cracked me up with their "none shall pass" spiel, and the brother was cue). Best of all I loved Dong Ah and Kim Tae Han (poker face) ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!
Another aspect that made me happy was the fact that Eun Jae really was a tomboy. It's so annoying when a character is supposed to be a tomboy but doesn't act like one. I'm sure y'all know what I'm talking about. Those "tomboys" that never wear pants and tees, just frilly dresses and skirts, have on heels, full make up, fake nails/immaculate nails with polish on them, and spend more time going,"tee-hee" and bating their eyelashes than contributing to the plot. Eun Jae was one tough chick, always wore shoes you could run in (usually because she had to run and protect her clients), the one time she did wear heels, she was wobbling and tripping all over everything. She couldn't even be bothered with chapstick! lol
I also found the storyline interesting. The twists and sub-plots definitely kept me watching. Lastly, I loved the ending. They didn't do that annoying ending that always bothers/bores me. There was no time jump to several years later to show you their white picket fence and children. That ending is so overdone. I don't care how many children you and your pals have or what ridiculous names you gave them. *shakes fist at Harry Potter*
Ahem- Back to the drama. While there were a few things that got on my nerves, I was pleased with this drama overall.

Ahem- Back to the drama. While there were a few things that got on my nerves, I was pleased with this drama overall.
I rated this drama a 10! Not exactly because it was a 10. I think it's a eight or nine but I decided to put on a 10 because I fell in love with the drama.
It was a very predictable drama...I could tell everthing beforehand...
But still it is my favourite!!!! I don't know why but I really liked it!!!^^
I really enjoyed this drama purely because for most parts its was funny! I literally burst out laughing when they were having their argument on the internet and Eun Jae replied with "I am your father...!" Was almost on the floor laughing!! It did go dowhill once Jessica appeared...since it was her drama debut i guess they gave her more screen time but it was unnecessary because those parts were just awful...! The wife (cant remember her name) turning pyscho just was ridiculous. Even so I really enjoyed the show! I liked the ending too! Plus Eun Jae's family (especially her brother - soooo CUUUUTE!) and the second lead couple were just amazing! I think I gave this an 8 or 9? Loved it...would be 10 if there was more focus on Eun Jae and Myun Yeol than him and Jessica.
