No matter how cool it sounds... 1- runways are REALLY long 100 laps could = more than 200 miles. Not happening. *goes to look something up* ok I corrected my initial assessment, runways are about two miles long. 2- as cool as it sounds, you CANNOT run on a runway, esp in dark clothes, esp at night. If you did, I would love to see your human squish print after a plane has landed on you.
Another thing which I CANNOT believe they put in: Yes, the doors CAN be opened from the inside, how else could you get out in an emergency? However, it takes MUCH more than the strength a little kid could muster to open them. It takes great effort from even a fit adult to open those things. Both are for good reason. They need to open in case of emergency but it needs enough force that people don't accidentally open them, If you want to open one of the doors you have to mean it.
My feelings after two episodes: I like the drama so long as I can avoid thinking too hard. I have grown to dislike the actress though, she seems to only play one character. I like a bit more dimension, ya?
This drama is different... Story is new and very refreshing. Han Da Jin is a sporty character while Kim Yoon Sung is tough and strict..
Finished episode three and surprisingly I was not jumping to kill the writers. Either the errors were less glaring or the drama is getting better. I am going to say it is half and half however. The drama is really shaping up, esp since they are no longer trying to talk about flying. All they are doing is sitting in the c0ckpit talking, like real pilots XD Also, if there are any pilots here, or other frequent fliers, I would love for you to correct me if I am wrong anywhere! Also, I would love to talk to you anyways XD I think flying is interesting but I don't have the right personality for it sadly.
LOL, Han. But yeah, the actress is the reason I'm not watching the drama, every time I see a preview she's screaming a la Jan Di... It's not appealing. And it's a shame because I like Ji Jin Hee. <3
i just watched ep. 76 of RM and fell in love with Jin Hee..i might start this next loool

No matter what I watch her in her character is just so unlikable. I tried to give her a second chance in the Musical but she ruined it. I'm watching TCOUC because the writing is actually interesting to watch but her character is the same thing shes played in BOF and The Musical. I will try my best to overcome my distaste for her acting in order to keep watching because I like the main guy pilot. Although, I have to say her character in this drama is a little better than in her past dramas. I'll keep pushing though=)

It is? Maybe I can make a little sacrifice for JJH since KHS is not on my blacklist, yet.

I feel the same way about her but you are more tolerant than me because I can't even TRY The Musical or this one. I have a weird distaste for her and now I finally get when others have this same problem. This is extremely rare for me and I wish I could get past it but there are plenty of other dramas to watch so... (sorry I hijacked this plane...I mean thread)
Lol. You know, if it was not so dman controversial and now impossible, it would be great to have a hijacking plotline XD Back in the day, before 2001, hijacking, while not common, was a reality of flying. Even as a child, my father instructed me on what to do in a hijacking situation. It used to be: Stay calm, sit in your seat, do not draw attention to yourself, and wait for the UN to rescue you. It was a fairly safe and painless process (this statement is HIGHLY relative). Now a days, the c0ckpit is bullet proof, the flight attendants are trained in basic self defense (if not more), no one will sit peacefully, and it would be waaay too political to do. Kinda sad cuz 90's style hijacking would make a great plot. /me sighs

I tried the Musical and I AM going to finish it. She did not get on my nerves so much as an actor until I saw her in this show and I realized she only has one character in her portfolio. I it was less her and more the writing that was pissing me off so much about the Musical.
Just watched the fourth episode and this show... just wow. I am so conflicted on so many things. For one, I LOVE the Cap't, he is soooo amazing. I want him getting hot and heavy with someone fast. But that brings me to two, the actress (let's just call her Mushroom for that haircut, eh?) has a verrrrry young presence. I feel like she can't be older than say... 20? I know she is older, most likely, but she barley feels out of college! On the other hand he is older and has that sexy that only comes with age. Point three, I feel like if Cap't and 'Shroom got together, it would be like pedophilia... the feeling they give off on screen, it feels like a 10 year age gap... Thankfully sekrits are coming out in episode four. Yea, we are going to have angst fests, but at least the sekrits are mostly out in the open which means there will be much less BS, I hope... So yea, call this my guilty junk food pleasure, but I think I can like this show... provided they don't try too hard on the piloting stuff...
