I haven't seen the japanese version so the story is new for me. Well, sometimes it is too confusing for me with the all traveling in the past, present, past and in the present again. :D But I like Yoo Seung Ho's acting so I will give to him a chance until episode 6. If it doesn't get better until then, I will just drop it without hesitation.
I have seen the Japanese version...up to episode 8. There are only 3 left of it and I just can't seem to want to finish it. I have it and the "special"/movie downloaded. I liked it! I like Yamapi in it..very much but...

Spoiler for Prop. Dais.

By it's very nature it is redundant. He keeps having to go to places in the past to fix a mistake. He gets a little better each time but then inevitably returns to the same moment in time at the wedding of the woman he's pining for. By 8 hours in I just couldn't watch him fail anymore. It started getting to me how long it was taking him to declare himself and get with the program. So...There is a part of me that is very tempted to watch the Kdrama version but it makes me very nervous that I only got through 8 episode of Proposal Daisakusen and there are going to be 16 of this one. I am not going to drop PD. Someday I will pick it back up again.<------------ I'll keep checking back here as the drama really gets going to see if I want to give it a go.
I liked more episode 3. :) I know already that I won't like that arrongant coach until the end and after it. But he is right that baseball players should learn too and have good grades.
Oh!!! I'm at loss lately!!! I hadn't even realized this had already begun airing!!! :O I'll watch it this weekend because I truly love the Jap version of it
I've started watching it, and so far so good, but it's really too early to say if it's a good drama or not. Let's just hope that they won't drag the storyline out and make me frustrated. I haven't watched the Japanese version, so I'm completely new to this drama.
Yoo Seung Ho and Park Eun Bin's Kiss Scene on "Operation Proposal"

In the most recent episode of TV Chosun's, "Operation Love," Yoo Seung Ho and Park Eun Bin had a kiss scene. During the flashback scene of Kang Baek Ho (Yoo Sueng Ho) and Ham Ee Seul (Park Eun Bin), the two characters got pushed around by a cheering crowd in the hype of 2002 World Cup and fell down, accidentally kissing each other.

Although the filming of this particular kiss scene went smoothly, Yoo Seung Ho and Park Eun Bin could not hide their shyness while shooting the scene. They looked awkward and shy before and after filming the scene because they have been friends since they were younger and never thought of each other as possible love interest both on and off the screen. The snapshots of the scene revealed on Operation Proposal's official website captured the awkward, shy, and yet professional Yoo Seung Ho and Park Eun Bin. An official commented, "[I]They were definitely awkward and nervous before filming the scene. But since they've known each other for a long time, there were no NGs, and we got the satisfying scene at once.
"

"Operation Proposal" is about a man who got a chance to go back in the time and his struggles to protect his first love. The show airs every Wednesday and Thursday on TV Chosun at 8:50pm KST.

What's the name of Time Conductor? He seems so familiar.

Spoiler
----> It's so frustrating to see that Baek-ho's life gets worse and worse no matter how much he tries to change it. Being "all-going player" it's more humiliating than being a salesman. And how comes that Coach's life is better and better everytime when Baek-ho returns to present?
I knew he will lose that button. He has such a bad luck. And I didn't like the preview. Ye Seul likes Baek-ho but she lets the Coach to kiss her? What is it??? I really don't get how she ends up with him when it's obvious that she likes Baek-ho.
<---- End of spoiler
YES. *Baek Ho finally made a move! It was just about time he realized his mistake wasn't about cinema tickets, a glove, a button or quitting baseball. When Ye Seul told him that her first kiss was with him, I was putting a fist in his face in front of the screen, screaming "goddammit, now's the best time, go chase and kiss her!" and he did! Epic. Now I hope the plot won't be as redundant as it's been so far, even if it didn't bother me that much. I wonder if all the time travels won't have other consequences... and who is the time conductor exactly? I thought he looked like an old Baek-Ho, but I'm probably imagining things...*
That's a really pretty song. I'm listening to it right now and loving it. :)

Spoilers I really thought the same thing too, that he was probably an older Baek-Ho. I';m also getting mad everytime I see his life getting worse , I personally feel like he was better off before he started all that time travel thing and I also don't get why she keep ending up with the coach , and why do he always has to be the one to muster the courage to say to her that he loves her, she could take the initiative too, and they better not make their relationship go back to a dead point after that kiss.
Someone please convince me to watch this drama. Ive been meaning to start it but Im dragging my feet. I think its because I dropped the J version after 3 eps and I'm not that familiar with the cast in the K version. Is this worth watching??
I can't convince you because I can't convince myself. I watched the first two episodes..:( I will probably wait awhile before I watch this. I liked the J version mainly because the actor is a hottie. this couple doesn't inspire me...
I haven't seen the Jversion yet but I'm actually really liking this version. I wanted to watch it because of Yoo Seung Ho and I'm really liking him here. Plus it just gets better with each episode (:

**Although I do hate that it seems everytime he tries to make something better it just makes things worse. I keep wondering if maybe they really aren't meant to be since it seems she's always winding up with the Coach. Guess I'll just have to watch more to see what happens. Can't wait for episode 7!**

i dragged my feet to start this too and now i'm almost caught up. i'm on ep. 4 if it stays as entertaining as it is now, i can see my self really liking it. then again i really liked wild romance, but the last few episodes took a crap dive. i hope that doesnt happen here.
