In the clip, TJC witnessed how terrible Xiangliu's conversation with XY is. He sighs then call XL and says :
" Hey, nine heads Xiang Liu, are you a dead duck, why your mouth is so hard ? "
XL : Who is looking for death ?
TJC : I know ( that you're angry ), pay attention next time, ok !
after put down the phone he says : there is thunder again ( referred to XL's anger )

Note : dead duck = hard mouth, bcs the duck's mouth is still hard until it dies, used as metaphor for a person who is very stubborn, usually using hard words, never admit their mistakes )
