I think Dan Tae and Su Ryeon will eventually get divorced. Dan Tae could loose all his money due to the investment and become poor. Su Ryeon will probably kick him out and raise the twins and Hye In on her own. I positively think Seo JIn and Dan Tae will break up, and she will go nuts. Maybe deja vu happens again with Eun Byeol and Ro Na. Maybe her throat will get slit as well. Maybe Yoon Hee isn't the culprit. Maybe Logan and Su Ryeon will get together. Maybe Seok Kyeon will win the trophy. Maybe Eun Byeol commits bc her family is broken and she looses to Ro Na. Maybe
I'm totally down for epic Yoon Hee betrayal, seems like that's where the writers have been headed this whole time, there were many foreshadowings about it. I also think Dan Tae and Yoon Hee will team up. Seo Jin will lose her mind when Dan Tae and Yoon Hee team up. Eun Byeol might do something crazy to Bae Rona which might push Yoon Hee to get closer to Dan Tae as revenge. Su Ryun might get together with Logan, but I'm worried Logan might get hurt and Yoon Hee might have a hand in it which might be how she betrays Su Ryun. Bae Rona definitely ain't going to be happy to see Dan Tae and Yoon Hee pair up but that's another speculation. Also adding to Seok Kyung winning the prize might make Seo Jin and Dan Tae drift apart more becuase DT might have a big hand in Seok Kyung winning the prize and Eun Byeol losing her spot lol
Lots of crazy drama incoming for sure.
Obviously, the whole thread is a spoiler so I'll do without the spoiler tag. Oh, and I'm sorry for the long rant.
It's possible that the police investigation on Seol A's suicide could be the plot in the last two or four episodes - with YH having enough time to overcome the aftermath of that night, thinking of a plausible cover-story and everything. As of EP17, Su Ryeon still trusts Yun Hee without a speck of doubt, and Yun Hee has deduced that Logan and Su Ryeon have been working together. With the stills that have been released, I imagine there will be a possible platonic alliance talk between Yun Hee and the psycho, an arrangement will probably be worked out.
As of now, Yun Hee is the character with by far the most influence:
1. On one hand on that psycho due to the leverage she has - both as the sole witness of the almost-murder and as the only one who knows about his PTSD.
2. And on the other hand, over Seol A's family due to the absolute trust of Su Ryeon and her probably unconditional support, and in extension, the support of Logan - who has also declared at the 'soon-to-be' in Cheong A High to take care of Ro Na in school from now on.
What we might also see, when the investigation starts, is the undoing of the Hera Board - since the moment the police knows Seol A fell from Hera Palace, all the adults are practically suspects on assistance of murder - not Yun Hee though, because she lacks the motive, despite her being there that night. This might have drastic effects on their children at the school.
The two suspects on who sent the video of the late Director's unfortunate death is yet unclear - but it's either Logan or Dr. Ha.
For Dr. Ha: the sudden appointment as Director of Cheong A Medical Center that chronologically follow his suspicions on the late Director's death and the 'soon-to-be's' involvement in it.
Against Dr. Ha: He's not the type to do the 'unknown mailer' and blackmail, he'd rather face her off directly - that's how he's been. He's the passive aggressive, but 'soon-to-be' would know immediately.
I'd say it's Logan, since he'd be the most likely one to get the video footage since he at least went to the right place to retrieve them, and possibly, Su Ryeon would know about it as well. We don't see it yet, so I can't really confirm it's Logan.
Either way, it's possible that the video is going to come out pretty soon, possibly at the end of Season 1. The only thing that would make it implausible is that the diva's life will be ruined the moment this gets out of hand. She might fall so far that she couldn't get up, and honestly there is no one who would rescue her at that point (she might land in jail, the foundation might either crumble or rid their association with her), except her secretary, who has covered up her crime for her - I almost believe that dude is kinda this poor, loyal knight who would give his life for her and would stand by her side no matter what.
If we are going to see more of the secretary in the second season, then the diva's (temporary) fall at the end of S1 is very much possible, since I believe it is by her secretary's doing that she will rise again in the coming seasons. (I guess his visuals are good enough to appear on screen for longer and his screen time in EP16 might have manifested his importance in S2.)
On to the children.
RN is turning dark as SH is developing in a better direction - he has even prompted his twin sister to follow his path. The open aggressiveness shown by their father towards their stepmother at the end of EP17 may serve as a wake-up call for them to escape their father's clutches. Seok Hun? He would, probably. Seok Kyung? She might be the more tricky one.
We might see a suicide attempt from Eun Byeol in the coming episodes, since her world has been stripped bare and shattered - Ro Na is back, her crush is disgusted of her, and he's far too whipped for her rival, her mother has been committing adultery, her father is divorced, and possibly going to side with her rival, her grades are going on a free-fall, what does she have that she can hold onto now?
As of EP17, she's not coming out of her room for hours, and even her father is alarmed. I see it as a sign of her doing something drastic, possibly suicide. (Might explain the 19+ rating.)
No idea how Jenny and Min Hyuk are going to come up here, but I guess Jenny will know about her dad in Season 2 and Min Hyuk will probably have his fall/redemption at some time (truth be told, he has nothing special as of now, so who knows?)
On to Ro Na. I think it's possible that we might see our second love interest in the final episode or the penultimate episode - since she's now actually out for blood. Her revenge against Eun Byeol will probably end with the latter's suicide (attempt), and I wonder how she will react to it. Will she possibly go against the rest of Hera? In my darkest expectations, she might. That might be the plot of Season 2 - Ro Na's revenge against every single member of Hera Board Junior, ending with her breaking up with Seok Hun and going out with the second love interest right on the next day. (But that's the darkest version that I can come up with her.) But I hope she returns back to the strong, brave, upright girl she once was when she first entered that toxic school with either Seok Hun's or the second lead's help.
She will hear of her mother's possible involvement with that psycho, and may be disgusted by it - Imagine her getting aware of it due to Seok Hun after she broke up with him or something! And I guess she will also go crazy when she hears of her mother's possible murder.
On Logan and Su Ryeon, I think we still need that moment where Logan shows up at that psycho's office, after the latter has lost a lot in the involvement with the casino and the hotel, and talks about how he is disappointed in that psycho in English, and then continues in that hard Daegu Korean, and that psycho just watches in horror as realization hits him.
Then to top it all off, Su Ryeon enters his office right then, handing over the divorce sheets, and offers to restore his company to a certain degree if he signs the divorce form à la the 'Soon-To-Be'-style with him losing his custody rights on the twins and so on. Or better: the divorce has been sentenced due to enough evidence of domestic violence (if the law allows it) and the psycho has no other choice but to accept it. The two leave after they take what they have, stripping the psycho of his image, his wife, his children, his wealth.
I don't know when or whether the reveal might happen, but I guess it happening would be a power play from the Alliance. It would make sense that this happens at the end of Season 3, right at the end of that psycho's downfall.
But it kinda doesn't make sense, since it might strip Yun Hee of her power towards that psycho - but only if Su Ryeon's police investigation is preceded by it. It's hard to weave Yun Hee into the scene right above - we'd have that psycho suffering substantial financial loss (but at that point Yun Hee might have problems as her employee?) then the police investigation, where, depending on how far we are in S2, Yun Hee may or may not help that psycho.
There are a few things that need to happen, as I have mentioned above, but especially in the psycho-Logan-Yun Hee-Su Ryeon's plot, some are a bit contradictive. I'm still working on how it can work (but these are just guesses, so it might come out far darker, or far better - and in this plot I'm trying to be optimistic) but at least I have jotted down what I think can happen in the future.
I hope at this point, Su Ryeon would go to the States with Logan at the end of S1, and suspect Yun Hee as the culprit after having taken her distance from Korea. Season 2 might see Yun Hee with a huge chunk of influence over that psycho, using it to counter Su Ryeon's 'attacks'. S2 might end with Yun Hee regaining enough memories, finally remembering the true culprit and that she has tried to save Seol A in vain.
(But that's just a hopeful theory - from Su Ryeon's perspective, the initial fall happened very fast - so Anna wasn't hanging on or anything, just straight up thrown off the balcony. I'm guessing Yun Hee really is the murderer, like it or not.)
(Edit: what is also possible is that Yun Hee, in her drunken state, did have a bodily arguement with Anna but didn't push her off, merely screaming out her frustrations how because of Anna her daughter has now no place in that school and everything - and it was in that arguement that she got the necklace. Anna might have been pushed off later, by a third person.
What I still believe is that Anna's necklace wasn't shiny enough to reach Su Ryeon's eyes or for Su Ryeon to see the colour clearly - and that the ruby ring was because she has been looking around at the party after fainting in the elevator and remembered the blood-stained ring very clearly. That might explain the clearness Su Ryeon has.
And what would then fit, is that when Anna was chased down, we saw someone with a black coat (It can't be Yun Hee since she didn't chase her down, she followed that psycho, and it can't be that psycho cuz his coat is shiny, not black). Furthermore, that psycho would need some time to rid himself of the blood on his face and his hands, get to his senses and rejoin the party before the corpse is discovered. I don't think it has taken that long, between her falling on the statue and Sang A (the lawyer's wife) discovering the corpse - it might have been two minutes at most. So then it'd only make sense if Anna had stayed alive longer, had the chance to wander a bit or contemplate her findings after her argument with Yun Hee and then got pushed off by a third, true culprit.)
i don't believe that yoon hee is the killer, it just doesn't make sense at all. i feel like the true killer is someone who no one actually suspects - and the true killer will be revealed by the end of season 1.
another theory of mine is that yoon hee might not really side with dan tae... i think she's still in a alliance with soo ryun and she's just putting up an act to get closer to dan tae, to her later destroy him - and soo ryun is fully aware of her act!
another theory of mine is that seok hoon and ro na will be getting a lot more scenes in season 2. the reason why i'm thinking so is because the crew of the show knows that this cp has a lot of fan hype
i also believe that the kids will be getting more screen time in the upcoming season, because majority of the viewers have shown a equal amount of admiration for the kids as well for the parents.
when now that i'm on this note, i believe there'll be more scenes of the seokhoon-rona cp since they are literally what everyone is talking about (and the crew knows it since they always promot that cp) + there are rumours that rona will be getting a new love interest
Sunset:am wondering about Logan Lee right now, that scene of him coming down the escalator got me pumped up for the final eps.. will his Gu Ho Dong identity be revealed by the end of season 1??
Ep 20 - Yup he just did, revealing his Gu Ho Dong wig in front of Dan Tae. *fingers crossed he will survive until the end*
My theory about season 2-3: (Edit version)
Soo Ryun and Yoon Hee indeed will be dead. Ro na will disappear. In season 2-3 kids are going to be the main characters as adults/young adults. When they all are happy and rich, Ro Na will show up and try to avenge Soo Ryun and try to prove his mother's innocence. Logan gonna be her mentor sort of. I saw some bts ptohos with her and Logan. Anyway Ro Na will show up like a elegant, clever and mature person and is gonna wreck the penthouse residents. She will be famous prabably too. I saw some spoiler that she will be doing concert of royal couples wedding. When Ro Naa found about Logan killed her mother(kinda?) things will be going crazy...
Seok Hoon probably will be dating Eun Byul at that moment but when Ro Na shows up he will be confused about his relationship and will be falling in love again with Ro Na. But their parents are lovers so maybe that doesnt happen. But I'm expecting he has rich lover. In the end Seok Hoon will believe her and will help her to solve the mystery. So my hope we are gonna see Logan-Ro Naa-Seok Hoon team up.
The events will be parallel in Season 1. And I think childrens going to be similar personality with their parents/elders. Ro Na/Soo Ryun, Seok Hoon/Logan, Eun Byul/her mother, and the other characters as well.
One of the thing I'm expecting that Eun Byul going to kill her mother. Like how she killed her own father. In the end karma will be strikes parents like what did they wrong.
And I think Logan and Ro Naa will be use Soo Ryun's face or name for revenge. Like they will try to show her alive and they will be scaring people.
After watching finale episode I generally have hope for children. (Except Eun Byul she is so gone right now) Like Jenny gave food Ro Naa and she feel empahty about her. And Seok Kyung looks like she really loved her mother.

According to this, this is part of the lead script for Penthouse S2. I'm not sure about its credibility, but wanted to throw this into the game.
I'm gonna rant soon, so...
On Backstabby B: usually, a stab to the carotids mean impending death, and by the way Logan stepped over her body, I guess he won't try to save her. But then there is the leaked script and I'm getting unsure.
What she said to Logan before she stabbed herself was quite a parallel to when Logan and Su Ryeon met in Logan's apartment for the first time. What I am hoping is that he will show Backstabby B some mercy like Su Ryeon has shown him, seeing himself again in her situation.
If Backstabby B did get nursed in America, which I hope she will get, then we may have a chance for the 'good' to retaliate. Even more so if Dr. Ha meets her again - maybe if he has gained some sense of human decency and mental resilience to go against the almighty patricidal diva, I could see them getting together again, theoretically. Maybe not as a married couple, but as good friends who know about each other and can enjoy each other's companion. That might even be better for their children.
We had a six-month timeskip where the Hera Club recovered their golden days (minus Dr. Ha and our Queen). We know that PTSD-psycho and patricidal diva are going to get married probably. (Obviously, since PTSD-psycho killed a man to get someone as blue-blooded (not character-wise, but 'lineage-wise') as Su Ryeon.)
I hope we can see a Backstabby B-Logan alliance (with some healthy caution on Logan's side and some decency regained and some wisdom taught on Backstabby B's side) as they possibly return to Korea to get revenge.
Now, there is one plot we need to talk about: how did Logan escape the PTSD-psycho? Many said that it was Logan's dad who made that possible. If so, I am guessing there may be a confrontation between Logan and his parents - since his parents were the ones who drove Anna out and he was going against their wishes and landed himself in a pinch. I called on this happening earlier when Logan first appeared, and I'm calling it again.
