Asked a long time Tan Jian Ci fan, and it turns out that the Barley name for fans is from the M.I.C. days. It was a fan name for the entire group and after the group disbanded, Tan Jian Ci's fans continued to use the name, until they and Tan Jian Ci came up with XTH for his own fans.

Thanks for the interesting info!  It got me looking for date of disbanding, but I did not find it. In fact, it's true that last activity seemed to go back to 2018, after the release of an album in 2017 and the retrospective MV from 2017 that I mentioned.  

But I am not the only one not to know when they disbanded, as there is no mention about it on the pages about them.  Also, this  post on Twitter (X) : https://twitter.com/priestnovellove/status/1736645006457540762  showing Tan Jianci with his friend Jackson Wang, the "Hong Kong rapper, singer, songwriter, dancer and fashion designer,  member of the South Korean boy band Got7, and founder of record label Team Wang", seemed to imply JW was unaware of their disbandment too in December 2023? So, it was an unofficial disbandment or just "going into extended sleep", fading away while former M.I.C. members went focusing on other solo career ?

I think LMLMV ost is Le Xiaotao's first work, so unfortunately you won't find a lot of info about her.

Yes, it is a good idea to pin @song's findings here! The 20 snippets of songs on Douyin reveal a nice voice, even if Le Xiaotao stated she was not a music major, and there's not much more about her. Perhaps she won't stop there.

Yep.  After the LYF comments section, I realized how impossible it was to find posts and links.  O_O

It's amazing that she's not a music major.  I do hope she does more OST... or any other musical work.

I listen to it all the time, still.  Definitely one of my favorite OST for Chinese Dramas.
