Something like "yong pal" MC does shady things for his sister and FL but doesn't care greater good or bring people to justice.

Must have happy ending

This drama definitely need 2nd season, 

so anything more like this (bonus if its kdrama)?

Hmm, maybe Duel - he does some pretty terrible things to save his daughter and doesn't seem to regret them. The ending is...more tragic than happy, though, imo (but it may depend on how you feel about certain characters). Otherwise, the closest I can think of is the ML in Blind (he's a cop who tends to break the rules, but still doesn't really fit what you're looking for). I can't think of anything else, sorry.

  • Lucifer / The Devil - ML does shady things and meets FL while doing his shady business
  • Todome no Kiss - ML is a host and coerces the FL to do things
  • Money Flower - ML is on the path or revenge and masterminds FL into a situations
  • Extracurricular - ML is on a shady business while he still in student
  • Innocent Man - ML does some pretty questionable things
  • Memories of Alhambra - ML AI business is secretive and doing things 
  • King of Pigs - ML is out for revenge against school bullies

+ Money Flower (no sister here though, but he is wonderfully grey)

Trinity of Shadows (no sister story here but all characters are wonderfully complex and fit perfectly the bill)
Burning Ice
Victim's Game
Night and Day (no sister here but brother)
Devil Judge (sadly though this drama lacked a lot in terms of story development, however the main mc is definitely fitting your criteria)
