I would dearly love to find a really good Korean romance with a healthy relationship, very romantic and I'd like the romance to be the focus, good kisses, and a happy ending.  Good communication between the leads is imperative, and no breakups for stupid reasons.  I would really like something that shows the couple together for longer than the last 15 minutes of the last episode.  I've seen a TON of K-dramas, I don't typically like C-dramas because of the bad dubbing, but when I think of healthy relationship I think of the C-Drama You Are My Glory.

These fit some but not all of what you're looking for:

  • Happiness (good communication except for a bit where the ML is infected and hides it to both protect the FL and because he always wanted to be his best in front of her, but the moment she finds out she has no issues, no breakups, the romance is really only the last couple episodes but their relationship is very healthy and devoted long before, there's only one kiss scene but it's very good. The ending is happy, but idk if it fits your "longer than 15 mins", but their relationship is so good even before it turns romantic that it feels like they're basically together the whole drama.
  • Dali and the Cocky Prince (no breakups, good communication, it seemed healthy to me, happy ending.)
  • The Tale of Nokdu (very healthy relationship, even overcoming a lot of difficulties very quickly, and a happy ending.)
  • Flower of Evil (healthy is.. questionable considering everything, and communication..uh, no, but there's a good reason for that. However the chemistry and romance is through the roof, and the leads are married with a child before the drama begins so together almost the whole time. There's a breakup in the final ep for reasons, but a happy ending.)
  • The Princess's Man (not healthy in parts - it's a lovers to enemies to lovers arc, but the chemistry and romance is the best I've ever seen in a kdrama and there's a happy ending.)
  • Come and Hug Me (the circumstances are odd but the leads' relationship is surprisingly healthy and romantic, with no breakups once they get together, and not a last minute get together either, happy ending.)
  • Queen In Hyun's Man (romantic, very good chemistry, breakups I think are only because of separation by time, happy ending.)
  • Secret Royal Inspector & Joy (healthy relationship, an entire episode of a happy ending)
  • Strong Woman Do Bong Soon (healthy relationship, happy ending)
  • Tomorrow With You (very romantic, fantastic chemistry, kisses that made me blush, and a happy ending)

Thank you for the suggestions!  Happiness is an older one, right?  Sometimes I struggle with the production quality of the older dramas.  I agree with you on the ones that I've seen, so I'm going to check out the others.  I was looking for Queen In Hyun's Man the other day, do you have any idea where I can watch it?

No, Happiness is from 2021 so pretty recent.

It's on Amazon and a few other places...the first episode is on youtube, too.

Hope you enjoy whatever you watch. :)

Thank you for More Suggestions!!  Adding them to my list.  Happiness - is that the one with the apartment building and the disease?  I thought SURELY that couldn't be the one you're talking about!  However, it is on my list.

Haha, yes! Surprisingly, despite it not being billed as a romance it is one! In fact, it's one of the most healthy and devoted romances I've seen in a kdrama (the leads will do anything for each other, and both are equally strong and fiercely protective of the other). The plot is all thriller and action but the heart of it is the love story.

Thank you so much for the information on Happiness!!  I keep skimming over it when I go down my list, I think I'm gonna start this one today!  Sometimes you just need a little push...

I hope you enjoy! It's one of my top 10 favorite kdramas ever. <3

Five Children - multiple couples, if I recall correctly all relationships are healthy

A warning about The Tale of Nokdu - it's VERY bloody. Many  graphic, lingering death scenes and by the end the OTP may have a happy ending, but that's at least in part because they're almost the only main characters still alive. You may enjoy the romance,  just be prepared for lots of non-romantic stuff along the way.

Many of the Dramas I would have suggested have been mentioned several times already, and a scan of your watchlist scores shows we have quite different tastes, so I'm only going to suggest one that's not on your list and hasn't already been mentioned here

Not all.  Marital infidelity is central to the arc of  one of the primary pairings.

That's in the past, the FL-s ex-husband - not any characters listed as main. But yes, he and his wife are important supporting characters (not surprising since the FL had three children by him).
